Cute, small, old house right on the main street. I had room number 4, with three to four beds to myself.Okay, you might get something better for the price, but I felt very comfortable there. The room is nicely decorated and clean.Microwave, kettle and some dishes are available.Mr. Grieben was very nice, friendly and accommodating.I deducted half a star for the price being a bit too high and the other half for the lack of soap. Especially during Corona times, it's definitely not a bad idea to put up a soap dispenser for 0.65 cents.It's about a 10-minute walk to the Helios Clinic or the supermarket.

I can only recommend the guesthouse. I felt very comfortable and in good hands there. The landlord, Mr Grieben, is very nice, helpful and the well-being of his guests is important to him. The location was ideal for me. The Helios Clinic Buch can be reached quickly on footThe supermarket is also nearby. Even as a pensioner traveling alone, I felt safe there. I was able to visit my son in the clinic every day without any problems. I'm glad I found the guesthouse on the internet.

Small, simple, clean guesthouse. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast offer. But I can't really imagine the breakfast in the room. But it's ok for 1-2 nights without any major demands.

I'm here for further training! A modern, very clean guesthouse.I got a double room (No. 1) here for a fair price. Contact or reservation was quick, friendly and without complications. The room is sufficiently large and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is clean.There is one parking space for each residential unit free of charge. WiFi works perfectly for a fee.Coffee and tea are possible as there are kettles and dishes. Storing food is also no problem because the refrigerator is always on and clean.Bakers, Rewe, Netto and a drugstore are within a 7-minute walk.It's an 8-minute walk to the Helios Clinic.I'd love to come back. Thank you.

Everything chic and clean at a great price. 5 minutes to the clinic is almost an exaggeration, it's really just a bit down the road. The flexibility mentioned is limited with small children, it's a shame that this receives so little recognition. We were still able to clarify all matters (e.g. arrival after 9 p.m.) easily. It's not a problem if you remain a little flexible yourself. ;) A highly recommended guesthouse!

Unfortunately, in the single room you have to sit at an angle on the toilet because the sink is mounted directly in front of the toilet.Otherwise nothing to complain about.Fridge and TV in the room.

Clean, tidy and inexpensive. The furnishings can be described as Ikea style, neat and put together with taste. All in all, I have nothing to complain about and can recommend the guesthouse without hesitation.

I booked the single room for €39.00 a night. The “room” is just 3.5 square meters small and is therefore more of a chamber. It has a very old carpet, a 90cm bed and TV, but no closet, table and refrigerator like in the other rooms. My small suitcase barely fit in the chamber, which I then had to climb over because there was simply no more space in the room.For comparison, a significantly larger twin room with better comfort costs just €10.00 more. The hairdryer was also broken, the kettle smelled very bad and the television was set incorrectly. Unfortunately, the guesthouse operator was very inflexible in terms of time to clarify something on site because he had to look after his children, especially in the evenings.When asked about these events, the operator said that he had often had discussions about the single room, but that he was emotionless here. Otherwise the guesthouse wouldn't be worth it if the room were cheaper. On the other hand, he said that due to the proximity to the Buch Clinic, he was always fully booked by the patients' relatives and was better than the Greek restaurant nearby...For me as a guest and frequent traveler, his economic plan and operation of the guesthouse in relation to this room remains a mystery... Even in larger city centers you can get a double room with a box spring bed for €45.00, equipped with all the furniture you need to live in and a minibar

We had booked the 3-bed room and it was very good. Clean, quiet, just perfect. The fact that you could make coffee or tea was very good. It was a 5-minute walk to the clinic and then breakfast... everything was great book again immediately.k
