As a hiker, enjoying a drink outdoors is not possible here. When we asked, we were simply turned away...P.S. After replying from the operator, it should be noted that not all of the seating was folded up. In any case, there was no sign of flexibility or business acumen.

Of course, this review only refers to my personal impression and makes no claim to general validity...I had ordered dinner for myself on September 8th at 5:30 p.m. I returned at 5 p.m. and was shown my table. I was informed that there had to be two other guests sitting at the table and that I should sit on the side.I left around 6:15 p.m. By then no one had come and other tables became available. I couldn't understand this "placement".The service seemed very sober, the miner's pan was good.Although the Bergklause makes a very cozy impression and is in a really good location in Schellerhau, I didn't feel particularly comfortable.

We wanted to end our cycling trip with the family here at the restaurant and have a good meal. We waited for the waitress to seat us. we pointed to the table if I could sit down she said nine! then she ignored us and did not answer any of our questions about whether I could eat with a small child. if you want to support people who treat a small child like this, stop here and enjoy it there. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED this!!!! We will never come back here again‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Wir wollten unsere Radtour mit der Familie hier im Restaurant ausklingen lassen und gut essen. Wir warteten darauf, dass die Kellnerin uns Platz nahm. Wir zeigten auf den Tisch, ob ich mich setzen könnte, sie sagte neun! Dann ignorierte sie uns und beantwortete keine unserer Fragen, ob ich mit einem kleinen Kind essen könne. Wenn Sie Menschen ostenstein mochten die so mit einem kleinen Kind umgehen, hören Sie hier auf und geniezen Sie es dort. Das habe ich NIE ERLEBT!!!! Wir werden nie wieder hierher zurückkehren‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Achtung, das ist die Antwort des Restaurants! Es ist unbelievably, wie sie mit Gästen und Kunden umgehen! WIR EMPFEHLEN WIRKLICH NICHT, DIESEN ORT ZU BESUCHEN‼️

We went to the Bergklause Schellerhau for a family celebration.Everyone was very happy with the food and the service.Very friendly and considerate innkeepers. We can only recommend this restaurant

I don't understand negative reviews against the service, I think the staff, food and the beautiful room are simply great. The staff is great and really speaks very openly. I can only recommend it to everyone :)👍👍

Maybe we just had a bad day. But I'll never go there again. Unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly. And I would say they are ready-made soups. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s the war in Ukraine, Corona or a shortage of skilled workers. Regardless of whether there is 19% VAT, gastronomy is certainly a very division of labor and tiring. But if you don't have it, you should leave it alone. You're putting the whole industry on trial.

A very nice, rustic restaurant in a great landscape. The food was very tasty. I can highly recommend the game goulash. Unfortunately we were the only guests in the early afternoon, which was probably due to the lack of snow. vacationers.

The food was great and it was very comfortable. I didn't want to go anymore. I can't understand why it tastes so good. There weren't that many guests. A must have to eat here 😊
