Whenever we are here on vacation, we come here to eat at least once. The service was friendly and quick. The food was tasty and good portions. Anyone who stops here should definitely eat the curd strudel for dessert.Dogs are welcome on a leash.

On the way back from our vacation in Croatia, we stayed overnight nearby and looked for a restaurant at short notice in the evening to have something to eat. So we came across the Schrottenbaummühle in Fürsteneck, where we were warmly welcomed. The restaurant is very clean and cozy, the service is quick and the food is plentiful and really good. My better half, who is quite picky when it comes to food, was also completely satisfied. We think the price/performance ratio is very good and can really recommend the Schrottenbaummühle.

Great location. Great food. Great bakery rolls and more. Very good service.Despite the renovation in 2022, the bathroom in room 6 was heavily infested with mold. Too bad 😢.

Went there as a hiker for an overnight stay. Incredibly warm welcome, very nice room, only the bathroom could have used another 1 square meter. But that's complaining at a high level. Dinner was top class, breakfast also had everything your heart could desire.

We had dinner here today. The schnitzel in clarified butter and pan-fried was very tasty and plentiful. Price is nothing to complain about. Very nice atmosphere and staff very friendly and attentive. Gladly again. 😉

Fried trout, "Müller style" trout, "Blue" trout, smoked trout fillets.Fresh trout from the oxygen-rich tank 30m away are brought to the kitchen and prepared. It couldn't be fresher. Plus a homemade side salad and e.g. Jacket potatoes that still taste like potatoes. If you like trout, try it. A real culinary delight.Of course there are also schnitzel in 4 variations...

Very nicely located and well attended, but on the first visit we encountered a very bad-tempered service person. Snapping at guests is not an option.
