On the first day at the hotel I was supposed to pay the full 4 nights. On the same day I canceled this because there was no hot water at all. I was promised a refund 4 weeks ago and nothing has been transferred to me today.Calls are not accepted and messages are not responded to. I ask you to keep your hands away from this catastrophe of the store.

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend as a couple. The staff were super nice, the hotel was surprisingly clean, breakfast was good and varied and an employee gave us really good tips on what to do nearby. If we are passing through again we will definitely come back

It's a disgrace 💁♀️ to still offer this hotel even though it hasn't been open for over a year (2020)! We booked and were then there in front of closed doors! Something like that has never happened to me (Hotels.com) but you never stop learning... that was the first and last time! Geli

Stylish hotel... but that's about it!There was a towel missing in the room. The lady at the reception promised to bring it straight to the room and apparently forgot it. You can definitely take a warm shower. However, you first have to let the water run for a quarter of an hour.It also took a good quarter of an hour until someone from the service showed up at breakfast. Other guests would also have liked a coffee. Each cup is prepared individually - that takes time. So the coffee comes last. In general: the breakfast in the youth hostel is better! Two types of baked rolls are offered - some have just left the state of a dough blank behind them - colorless. There is flavored fruit yogurt in the bowl of yogurt.The offer is limited overall.What was noticeable - especially given the current hygiene regulations - were the tables, some of which were unclean: there were crumbs on an unused table (from yesterday?), and a dead fly was clearly visible on another.

Hotel very clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok, you are often asked if you have any further requests, so the staff is very friendly. We were also made aware that we can always make sandwiches to take on the go, which is not a given.

Not recommended! The service staff is absolutely incompetent!I arrived after a 6 hour drive and wanted to take a shower first.... No warm water! I then had to get dressed again and wait 25 minutes in front of the reception because there was no staff to be found! (Despite calling and ringing the bell, repeatedly!)Then I was asked to go to another room, where the water only worked again after I had put it on twice and complained.In the morning the same drama, just in reverse. Just boiling water 😒Neither an offer of compensation nor a price reduction. OutrageousThen breakfast:The bacon I ordered was absolutely charred and inedible! The cheese and sausage are old...I often stay in hotels and rarely complain but this stay was a disgrace and an absolute failure!I will neither visit the hotel again nor recommend it to others!Thanks for nothing!

The fatal location. Close to absolutely nothing. It was in a residential neighborhood so there were only houses around and a 40 minute walk to the center.Breakfast very different from what appears in the photos. But the worst thing was that there was no hot water!! And they knew it so taking a shower was not an option. This point made me quite angry but there was no interest in solving it.We went out to the curtains since we had to leave the room at 10 in the morning!!!!! And they threatened that if we didn't leave before that time they would charge us for a second night.Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10:00? It's a barbarity. Horrible in every way.I would never go back. Never
