Very nice guesthouse, we had our room in the old main building under the roof! The room was lovingly renovated and what I liked is that the rest of the old building was preserved and the charm of the building was not completely restored! That really suited my taste! There are also rooms in an extended part of the building with a balcony! Regarding the food, I can say that it tasted good, but they serve comparable typical Czech cuisine at German prices. I would have liked a little more sophistication in this price range! On-site service technically correct but no longer! All in all, a pleasant, quiet stay! Thank you

We are open from August 2nd to August 4th. Spent a very nice weekend at Helenenhof in 2024.Very cozy...absolutely great location...this peace and quiet...just fantasticThe staff is very nice and nothing is missing.The breakfast was also great... there was everything there...We'll definitely be back next year.

We stayed at Pension Helenenhof for 5 days and were very happy to have chosen this destination.The landscape is really fantastic, we would have liked to take the view from the balcony home with us. If you're really looking for peace and relaxation, you've come to the right place.

We found what we were looking for: peace, relaxation, nature and really great accommodation. The Helenenhof is a really cute old house with a wonderful view of the valley. Both the furnishings and the food leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen offers varied and, above all, freshly prepared food, even for guests who do not live in the hotel. The operators and their staff are very friendly, helpful and always have a tip for excursions worth seeing. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation and give it the highest score with full conviction.

I was a guest at the Helenenhof with my 91 year old mother for 4 days. The first impression was just lovely. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. We immediately fortified ourselves with very tasty cabbage rolls. We were then able to move into our rooms early. The view from the balcony is postcard-like. The breakfast in the morning was very lovingly prepared and plentiful, nothing was missing. Just a small tip, the rolls could be a little crispier.We really liked the family atmosphere. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished. We really liked the extra neck pillow. The food was always prepared fresh and very tasty, praise to the chef. Since dogs are also welcome, I booked for September. I like coming to this quiet place romantic places back.Thank you very muchFamily Friedrich

Great location. Nice and quiet. The service is very good. Wishes are addressed there. Friendly staff. Can be recommended if you love peace and quiet. The view is very good. Especially at Christmas time. We were lucky, there was snow.

We had lunch with a group of 16 people and were very satisfied. The menu was varied and the food was very tasty. The service was very friendly. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

Quiet location, nice view and nice staff. Charm of an outdated hotel with a lot of nostalgia and a need for renovation. Very noisy, no hairdryer in the bathroom of a maximum of 2 square meters with mold in the joints of the shower."Sauna area" can be reached via a staircase and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people at the same time.Food good.

It's okay for one night. However, the selection at breakfast is very sporadic and dinner is very, very greasy. That wasn't that appetizing. But for the price as I said and okay for one night.

Were very satisfied with the staff. The bed was very soft. But this is my personal impression. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy. Would still like to come back. The kitchen was great.

Quietly located guesthouse. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Rooms nice and spacious. Breakfast has something for everyone. Tasty German cuisine. Half board is not recommended, as I don't have the option to choose between e.g. B. Have two dishes. On my next visit I would only book with breakfast and eat a la carte in the evening. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

We had lunch at the Helenenhof restaurant. The facility conveys a dignified feel-good atmosphere, and the menu includes Saxon and Erzgebirge dishes. Our orders were taken quickly and served in a friendly manner. We'd love to come back.The restaurant and guesthouse is located in the health resort of Oberbärenburg, which, in a beautiful, wooded landscape, offers a wide range of hiking and winter sports opportunities.

Very nice hosts! We were able to move into our room with balcony and private bathroom much earlier and were more than satisfied.The view was fantastic and the breakfast buffet the next morning left nothing to be desired.We'd love to come back.
