We had booked “feel-good moments” with 1 bottle of sparkling wine + fruit plate in the room...Conclusion: partly great, but with a few shortcomings - overall still a relaxing break.nice room, clean and high quality, great view; the massages we booked were carried out super and courteously; Wellness area and saunas clean; Service staff very friendly and unobtrusive; Not a big "mass hotel", therefore cozy and relaxing without any queues. Now the negative points... are addressed to this due to the timely change of ownership:the duvet was far too warm for us - a thinner alternative in the closet would be desirable; high threshold on the balcony door is a tripping hazard; A cake stand with cut pieces of fruit completely wrapped in cling film and a bottle of champagne stood carelessly in the fridge -> it is much nicer and more romantic if, when you enter the room, the champagne is in the champagne cooler on the table and the fruit plate is nicely decorated with ripe, immediately edible fruit next to it was draped, perhaps with a welcome greeting in the form of a card or candy; our arrival time was known, so it would have been feasible; So we got very cold, partly unripe hard and not very tasty pieces of fruit out of the foil - that doesn't lead to romance, but rather frustration; we left the fruit in the room until the next day, then we could eat most of it; At the end we took the champagne home with us- Various glasses and a price list for the minibar were there, but there were neither snacks nor drinks, not even a bottle of water; the light in the shower is way too dark; Wall mount for the shower head is defective; the sheets of paper in the information folder at the desk are worn and dirty -> put them in brochure sleeves or laminate them straight away, it is more hygienic and easy to clean; Pen and paper should be available in every room so that questionnaires can be filled outWellness: In general, the operating times of the saunas are far too short/too late and since they coincide with dinner time, which is very inconvenient -> they should be in operation from noon at the latest; the same applies to the outdoor pool; the oriental steam bath was not in use at all and the door handle was broken; the outdoor pool is too cold and should be warmer, so it was used by naked sauna goers to cool off; The jets in the indoor pool don't work, you can't turn any of them on, not even the counter-current system; A number of loungers at the indoor pool and outside are broken; Anti-theft devices on cushions in the rest area don't work at all! Likewise, no disposable plastic cups in the rest area; In the infrared cabin, the control panel hangs out of the holder - poses a danger and cannot be operated. Breakfast: It's not a tragedy that the breakfast selection wasn't exceptional, but offering cheap industrial cakes made from plastic packaging, cheap salmon and cheap rolls from the supermarket is bottom drawer and by no means worthy of 4 stars! That makes every guesthouse better. The plastic tablecloth on the breakfast tables, which has been used several times, is another NO-GO. Checkout: clear and easy-to-understand invoicing goes without saying... but here all sorts of things were listed separately and in a confusing manner, so that checking for accuracy on site was hardly possible if you hadn't already figured it out beforehand. All in all, not 4 stars at the moment, just based on the price. But I hope that all the deficiencies highlighted will be remedied, then it would be equivalent to a 4-star wellness hotel in which I would like to book a break more often. So please get it done!Tip: You can also save if you ask the guest whether they would like daily room cleaning, none at all or only every other day. Some guests prefer to be undisturbed and are happy to forego this. This is already practiced when changing towels. Candles at the breakfast table are unnecessary.
