Our holiday apartment (No. 17) was very good (via AirBnb), the building as a whole is a bit big and 80s style, but the apartment was modern, spacious and quite well equipped (plus a balcony and a nice view). We found the appearance of Pfronten to be much better than Garmisch...

We stayed in this holiday apartment in October 2023. Can't understand the many good reviews. Terrible rooms, everything from the 70s. Rammed down, worn out, worn out. The furniture is all old and rancid. The bed, a folding cupboard bed, the mattress in three parts with direct contact to the metal frame. The shower cubicle wasn't tight, the bathroom was flooded with water after every shower. Mold and mildew in the corners. Of the 4 light bulbs in the ceiling light, three were broken. The decking boards are crooked and shaky. There was nothing in the apartment that we liked. 1 star is still too much. Definitely not again and I can't recommend it for us.

The bathroom is from the early 70s. Sleeping in the living area can only have a musty smell with the balcony door open day and night. Lighting in the living room, the lighting in the bathroom only works half. Balcony light doesn't work either. Roller blind on the balcony totally yellowed. Kitchen, yeah. Dining room musty. We preferred to have breakfast on the balcony. Price performance totally exaggerated for the apartment. Unfortunately, only half the joy of vacation and not a second time.

A little dated overall but the essentials are present as well as the space. Ideal place to access the lakes about thirty minutes away. Private parking in a very quiet area.

When you arrived, no one was responsible for you. We had to wait 30 minutes before we finally got the key. The accommodation was quite dated and dingy. The lights in the bathroom and kitchen were broken. The caretaker never came to see us and the stairs and walkways were not cleared of snow and ice. The only thing that was very nice was the view. Very sad at such a price. Sorry, but unfortunately never again!!!

The host is very kind, the place is recommended, comfortable, big space, clean, easy parking, location 10 min from Füssen, close to the castle and most of all the wonderful view in summer as well as in winter.

A wonderful place to relax, gorgeous mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, there is a small kitchen with everything you need - a stove, a small refrigerator, dishes, a kettle, a microwave, etc. There is a sauna and tennis table. Nearby are grocery stores. I recommend it.

Staff cannot be reached for hours, flexible arrival is not possible. 70s style furnishings, but clean. Two bedrooms is excessive, as there is a cot in the entrance area, which is also equipped with a mini kitchen. Rather unsuitable for cooking. It's enough to sleep, the location is good, the area is nice.

Nice place with balcony, nice view of the mountains. Easy walking/cycling from here, train/bus within walking distance. Foldaway bed in the sitting room. A number of things are broken, including the recently renovated bathroom.

Price/performance fits. Great view of the mountains. The apartment is getting old. Bathroom was new, modern flat screen TV. We liked it a lot and had fantastic weather for free

This is not how vacation should be 😪We were initially given a different room than what was promised/booked. There was a musty smell in the apartment and the children had to sleep on a worn leather sofa and a folding couch next to the dining table. The originally booked property had a bunk bed.We demanded a house swap.It was almost as booked, but the bathroom wasn't renovated. (Here the landlord was at least accommodating with the rent)Bed linen was freshly washed, but dirty and still damp.Beds had to be made by yourself.The ceiling lamp only had one bulb, the floor lamp had a loose contact due to a defective socket. Coffee machine was missing.Finding the landlord was almost impossible and he almost never answered his phone.As a result, we had to register too late, which meant that we were not able to use the guest card.Too bad...

If you book a holiday apartment with an extra bedroom and then the extra room is the kitchen with a wall bed. And when I asked the landlord “we had booked an extra bedroom” the answer was “that’s an extra room, you can close the door to your living room”. The star is for the large balcony and the furnishings of the apartment.

Amazing views and nice staff. My room was very small and old and not at all what I had reserved for. It had very few cooking utensils and a very small stove. However, I was later told that most of the rooms were better and had been recently renovated. Those rooms were occupied, however, as it was a peak visiting season.
