There were 3 of us with a dog in the Rose room. The room is simply furnished, clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated. There was no service, we booked the hotel and assumed that there would be breakfast on site, unfortunately we had to drive further afield to eat and drink.Unfortunately, our daughter spilled her drink and we needed a new sheet, but we couldn't find anyone to talk to and so we made do with a wool blanket. On the second night we were woken up three times because someone kept trying to get into our room. The hotel is currently being rebuilt, you can feel the construction site atmosphere and there is sawing and hammering during the day (so no peace). The balconies are not separated and it happened several times that someone was standing in front of our room. All in all, it's okay for a few nights but I mean something different by a hotel, I would say more like a hostel. Conclusion: we would prefer to choose another accommodation next time.

We stayed here a couple of months ago (May 25th). When we think back on our amazing trip, Gasthaus Ammertalerhof was one of the best experiences. The food was good, the room was comfortable, but the best part was the service. Almut Heiland is an amazing story teller, and she really just wants everybody to have a good time. She invited us to play darts and other games after dinner, all while telling us jokes and stories and being the best host. Her hotel was one of the most unique experiences we have had on our travels.Almut, we regret that we didn't say good-bye to you before we left because you left earlier than us. We want to wish you the best of luck in Spain, or wherever your adventures bring you! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

We stayed here on the way to vacation. Unfortunately, the entrance to the former restaurant is anything but inviting. It is under renovation. Schloffices are created, the host told us in detail. …

We stopped there for one night after our bike tour and were given a very friendly welcome. The room with bathroom was very spacious and clean.Since there is currently no restaurant in the Ammertaler Hof, the host kindly took us by car to the restaurant in the neighboring town and picked us up again. Which was a great service for us because we no longer had to ride our bikes.

This is undergoing renovations but room wss OK, internet more on the slow side, parking a bit ambiguous. A bit expensive and you don't get much for your money but I think this is more a regional problem rather.

The whole hotel is a single construction site! Filled with stuff from bottom to top. It's crazy that anyone even wants to sleep there! The rooms were clean, but the shower cubicle had a huge crack and mold corners! No...really not recommended. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures...I should have

We (family of three) stayed in the hiking hut for one night. Good beds, very good facilities for a hiking hut! The shower was lovely. Hut is well taken care of. Had to search a bit for the entrance of both hut and gasthaus but the owner was super friendly and helpful. Surroundings are great for hiking.

Basically we got what we needed. A place to sleep for five people. We got a small wooden house with tight space. The place upstairs was so tight that you couldn't even sit up there. No refrigerator, no electric kettle. I'm sorry but the price/value ratio was the worst of our one week holiday. The area is beautiful, though.

A great bouldering hall in the attic that you can visit relatively inexpensively. As a King Card holder, you can even do this once a day for free.
