We were guests in this very, very beautiful villa with history from September 30th to October 6th, 2024.We were very excited about the house and the location..You can get anywhere very quickly by car and yet you have peace and quiet in the villa with its beautiful location.The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need..We felt very comfortable...Mrs. Müller really conjured up a very varied and delicious breakfast for us every day...thank you again for that...We can really only recommend this house..

I was looking for decent accommodation around Heidenau and I think I found it. A well maintained villa with an interesting history is located a short distance from an industrial area, but I can say that it was absolutely quiet at night. I had a well-equipped 4-room apartment to myself. It was a little cold there, but I could warm up and choose from a variety of blankets and pillows, which I appreciated. WiFi didn't work. The lady of the house is very nice and prepared a luxurious breakfast for me. I felt like Mr. Factory worker :). There is plenty of parking available. The villa is not suitable for the disabled due to the stairs.

I had a good time at Villa Rosa. I had a large apartment, it was clean and had everything I needed.Rita spontaneously made me an enchanting and hearty breakfast. So I was able to start my hiking holiday powerfully.A hostel that can be fully recommended!

I remember the house from my childhood days, which had fallen into disrepair. When I heard that this villa had been rebuilt, I really wanted to spend the night there. My wife and I booked with breakfast. The Estonian impression was just great. The house has character and soul. It has been beautifully restored and exudes its own charm. The hallways, the room... Simply beautifully done. A special surprise was breakfast. We sat down in a breakfast room and felt a little stately :-) . The breakfast was more than just good. Sausage and meat salad from a butcher and not from a can. Rolls fresh from Becker and a super lovely hostess. As a small dessert there were wild strawberries that grow around the villa. ….. No, this is not an offer from the landlord and I also plowed myself and if you are there at the right time you shouldn’t miss out on the enjoyment

The guest house is in an optimal location for all excursion destinations.It is in a quiet location, ideal even with a dog, as there is a very large, well-kept garden. There is a factory opposite, which isn't visually very nice, but if you know the poems about the villa, that's okay too. Rooms are very nice, ours had one or two things that we didn't like and would improve. Breakfast was always made with love and highly recommended. Result, we would recommend it to others and come back ourselves. Because it doesn't always have to be a hotel, which is completely overpriced, especially during the holidays.

I was there with my girlfriend for fifth days. Had an apartment at the top. The atmosphere of this house is wonderful. The apartment was very clean, well laid out and had everything you need. We slept very well. Mrs. Müller, the landlady, always prepared us a wonderful breakfast and was always at our side! Location was very good, you could reach everything quickly. The peace and quiet there was very nice. Thank you for the great time, dear Villa Rose! It doesn't take much to make people happy and satisfied. Thank you Ms. Müllers for the work you do. .

Celebrated our friend's wedding here.Absolutely chic establishment.Slightly out of the way so it doesn't bother anyone if the music is a little louder.The furnishings and equipment are modern and comfortable.Highly recommended

Beautiful old villa with spacious, well-equipped apartments and a very beautiful garden right next to the forest. Very nice innkeeper with a wonderful breakfast. The area is a dream and in 15 minutes you can reach many spectacular sights. The only negative was that the apartment wasn't 100% clean, but that was offset by everything else.

Very nice villa with apartments. The breakfast is very good (but must be ordered in advance).Very quiet location on the edge of the forest, the nearest town with a supermarket is less than 3km away.Very friendly welcome and good furnishing of the apartments.
