Very lovingly furnished. Very, very warm service, we immediately felt welcome and at home. Beautiful, charming landscape, many sights and everything within walking distance. Thank you for the lovely days. Will definitely come back.

Not only did we have fantastic autumn weather in the 43rd week of 2024, Ms. Irina is simply a pearl. We have rarely been pampered with so much joy, understanding, courtesy and warmth of heart. There were two of us staying in the apartment and we always looked forward to moving into the lovely accommodation after our excursions. This wonderful location is also simply breathtaking. We will definitely stop here again as we will explore a lot more by bike. I give one more star than given ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️Irina, but from Berlin

A wonderful house!We were welcomed in a very friendly and open manner, the rooms are beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail and you can discover something different to admire in every corner.The furnishings also fit with the overall look of the house. It's very stylish and although it's not highly technical, it's still not outdated. You simply immerse yourself in another world while you stay there.We were prepared and served a very varied breakfast, with something for every taste and everything was very attractively presented.The location is wonderfully quiet, despite being on the street and if you plan a 20 minute walk you are already in the city. In the other direction you are directly in the vineyards or you can stop off at a highly recommended guesthouse, which was personally recommended to us by the host of the guesthouse.All in all, we would like to come back and can recommend the Gästehaus Schönitz 100%.

Lovingly furnished rooms. Individual breakfast prepared with love.The only disadvantage is the location. Right on the street and about 2.7 km to the city center.

Extremely stylish and lovingly furnished to a high standard. This guesthouse really has a special atmosphere.A very friendly welcome. Everything is there for a very nice and unforgettable stay.An absolute highlight is the breakfast. Very extensive and originally arranged.Located directly on the Elbe cycle path.As long as the bypass is not opened (for whatever reason), the road in front of the guesthouse is open to traffic. But you can't hear anything about it in the 'bakery'.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, making our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast was simply fantastic – you can tell that it was prepared with a lot of love. When the weather was nice we could enjoy it in the idyllic front garden, and when the weather was bad we could enjoy it in the charming vaulted cellar. The selection of fresh, high quality and delicious food was great. The hostess was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always there for us and read our every wish. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back!

The three of us spent a night in the guesthouse to have somewhere close but cheaper than in Dresden. The pension management is a very friendly and caring woman who puts her whole heart into running the pension. Outside there is a small terrace decorated with rose tendrils where koi keep you company in a small fountain and you have a breathtaking view of the river and nature. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in peace. The rooms are very sweetly decorated in a vintage style, you would think you were in the Renaissance. Breakfast the next day was our highlight! The guesthouse manager serves a colorful palette of everything, beautifully presented and something for every taste and of course delicious. The overall stay is really very affordable. The guesthouse is definitely recommended and we will definitely come back 👍🏻

Beautiful, very friendly and warmly run guesthouse on the Elbe cycle path and the Rosengründchen wine-growing region in Meißen. A great starting point, for example, to explore Saxon viticulture, the great Meissen old town and many other sights in the area.

The two of us stayed at Ms. Schönitz's house for a weekend. The communication in advance was very warm, and our welcome from the owner then confirmed the impression. We felt completely comfortable, the location was great, the room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. I'll definitely come back again. I stayed in this really stylish and lovingly furnished guest house for one night on business. It is the building of an old bakery. The charm is reflected in all the rooms and as a guest you will be pampered lovingly and completely by Ms. Schönitz.

We were greeted by a very nice hostess.She showed us our room, which was very clean and furnished with attention to detail.I have to say everything had a special kind of charm.When we were shown the rustic breakfast room, which was set up in a vaulted cellar, we knew that we had found something very special here.In the morning we received a lovingly prepared breakfast for each guest as desired. We sat at a large table with 2 other couples. But they didn't get in our way and were able to exchange ideas easily.Thank you Ms. Schönitz for this great oasis that you have built in Meißen.LG Schallinatus family from Frankfurt on the Oder.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gasthaus Schönitz recently and we can only say that our stay was extremely pleasant.The guest house is very tastefully decorated. As soon as we entered the house we were greeted by a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident throughout the facility. From the stylish furniture to the ornate decorations, we immediately felt at home. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast. Everything was of excellent quality and prepared with great care and love by Ms. Schönitz.The hostess, Ms. Schönitz, is very courteous and warm.We look forward to our next visit to Meißen and would like to stay at the Gasthaus Schönitz again.A big thank you to Ms. Schönitz.
