We used the Joy for Women package.Procedures — every single procedure took 10 minutes, the staff did not communicate with us, did not explain, everyone was in a hurry.The procedures were divided into two days, each day lasting a total of one hour.It says on the website that they have a sauna, but we couldn't find it. During the procedures, they do not observe hygiene, e.g. during balneotherapy they do not put covers on the legs or do not disinfect the pads. Towels and sheets use the same ones for all people. While getting a back massage, when you are half naked, people walking past you going into a salt cave.Half board — small portions, but the food was quite good. However, one cherry tomato and a thin round of cucumber can be easily forgiven for breakfast. For dinner, you go in groups, where each group has an hour to eat, so after 40 minutes the waitress "threw us out". Later we heard that she was slandering us about it (she says she doesn't have time or mood for us hanging out). Very unprofessional. Unlimited wine consumption at dinner means that you have to leave in 20 minutes before the waitress brings you a glass of wine. We even didn't even finish a glass one evening, but were allowed to take it to our room.Rooms – clean, beds comfortable.Reception staff very nice!

This was a Radost for Women stay package purchased directly through the service provider for 4 nights/5 days in October 2022.The sanatorium is located on the outskirts of the city, but close to the bus stop for any excursions and the train (F.L. Aquaforum) if you arrive by train. Right next to it is a large park and a starting point for cardio and other routes suitable for walking.Room - reasonably large (single beds), plenty of storage space, bathroom with shower. The toilet seat is located very low and therefore there is an extension on it, which did not give us a feeling of cleanliness.The mattresses in the beds are worse than average. However, one mattress was larger in size and did not fit the slat and bed frame, so it was tilted and difficult to lie on. It was impossible to sleep on it, so I put the mattress on the floor for the next few days. When I left, I told her that the cleaning lady would look into it. We heard the moans of an old gentleman who told the masseuse that it was impossible to sleep on his bed and that he and his wife were sleeping on one. This is really sad for a 1 month stay.We had the room cleaned about once, which included taking out the trash.Food - upon arrival, we chose breakfast and dinner for the entire stay from the menu. E.g. breakfast was ham, cheese plate, English, eggs, sausages... the right was always to one "plate". Pastries and sweet pastries, coffee, tea, water, milk, juice were freely available... There was plenty of eggs and ham, even I was hungry from 2 sausages. I got 1 small triangle of melted cheese with them. There was no choice of vegetables for breakfast, 1 cherry tomato for the eggs. There was fruit on the menu. Dinners were served according to choice - starter, soup if interested, main course and salad of choice. Food was often lukewarm.The food was good, some portions smaller. The staff (both the lady and the gentleman) were very pleasant and always in the team when they were alone on the shift.Breakfasts are in a time range and you can come at whatever time you want, but for dinner you have to come at 5 or 6 p.m. We were given a 5 p.m. deadline, and that really didn't suit us. Twice I asked to be moved, 1 time it was fine, the second time it was quite a problem, but we came to an agreement. Well, we weren't the only ones, but they say there must be order. Even if you come at 5:20 p.m., it's not ideal, because you have to leave the dining room at 5:45 p.m. Thanks to dinner at 5 p.m., it is not possible to make a longer trip, when the procedures ended at 2 p.m.Procedures - in one building, walk in a bathrobe, which is ideal. Upon arrival, we received the time when we should appear for the procedure, they planned everything for us there. For 2 people for almost the same time, which I praise. It occurred to us that the staff is not doing it with complete joy, they probably have a lot to do. They do not communicate much, their mother and not only did not help her from the bath (but comment on it "to the knees, knees, yeah is). in plastic to warm up, but that is often the case. It is possible to complete the salt cave in the evening, I praise the attitude of the staff.We positively evaluate the proximity to the center, the nice service in the restaurant, the scheduled procedures for almost the same time for 2 people, the nice garden, which we did not use due to the weather, and the ecological approach. They have bins for sorted waste, drinking cups are for the entire stay. The lady at the reception is trying to accommodate by moving the meal to a later time.I particularly rate the mattress and dinner at 5 p.m. negatively. You cannot pay by card.Cleaning is on the verge (at least wash the sink), although the towels are white, they are not completely white.

Everything is so bad it's a wonder this is our century!The advertising photos of the hotel from the website are not true.This is an old hotel and without renovation.1. In the Department of Health Services:- Hygiene rules and conditions are not respected.- The peat bath is not drained after the patient and is usedfor multiple consecutive patients. The bathtub is dirty and rusty.- Sheets, pillows and bags for naked bodiesused for multiple patients, without exchange.- None are used in the medical facilitydisposable funds.- Patients undergo medical procedures withoutprevious medical examination. Some of the patients canhave severe skin conditions.According to the administrator, there are patients here after open surgerieswounds.2. In the cafeteria, the food is tasteless and there is a strange system.For example, I got a full plate of low-quality cheese for breakfastand nothing else.3. The staff is rude4. In the rooms:- There are cockroaches;- Instead of curtains, leaky and dirty rags;- Dirt and mold on the walls;- Leaky ceiling in the bathroom;- The balcony door does not close;- Very thin partitions between rooms and great audibility;- The parking lot is pre-flood and is closed by a rusty chain withby a padlock that gets blocked, therefore the hands are dirty fromrust.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Beautiful and quiet senatorium, very nice staff, wonderful relaxation and well-being. I like to come back here.

A waste of money for us! Accommodation... Untidy room, crumbs and hair on the floor. Stink in the room, torn curtains and moldy rotting terrace. Another mold when lowering the front window blinds. Procedures.... Ridicule! The massage was like being rubbed with oil. They threw paraffin on our backs and wrapped us in a blanket. The conclusion was on a vibrating plate. Ten minutes of shaking. The food got us with its dessert…Square 5x5cm.. I've never seen anything worse

Great value for money, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and varied. Had a very nice room with a balcony. I would come back at any time

I thought I would give preference to someone, but there is no need here, you are all wonderful. We wish you and your families all the best. When ordering a week's stay at this sanatorium, I was assured that discount coupons (4,000 CZK) issued by the Ministry of Regional Development to support the Czech spa industry would be accepted and deducted from the price.However, upon arrival, the reception told us that they had already used up the limit for discount coupons and we had to pay the full price. This action alone should have made me turn on my heel and leave. I didn't want to quickly look for another stay and therefore paid the full price.However, the right option was to look for another place to stay.I cannot recommend Peták Sanatorium as a quality spa.I cannot attest to the healing success of this spa as I have not observed any after a week. The advertised quiet sitting in the garden by the lake is also a utopia. The spa complex is situated in close proximity to a very busy road.The technical and visual aspect of the spa, as well as the procedures and massages, convinced me that I will NEVER return to this place!The only thing that can be praised here are the people taking care of the guests' meals. No culture at all, you are on your own. In addition, there is an absence of the possibility to pay by card.Overall thumbs down for me 👎I am adding information about the behavior of Sanatorium Peták. I recently checked the medical care billed by my insurance company and found that Peták is billing for actions he did not perform. For stays without medication. examination charges this examination and even twice. He tripled the number of procedures compared to reality. Perhaps it wouldn't be a good idea to start criminal proceedings, because it seems to me like illegal enrichment. 👎👎👎How much did Peták get with this interesting accounting?...
