Pleasant guesthouse with breakfast. The owner is pleasant, he is available in case of any questions.Breakfast sufficient, if something happens, it is supplemented - eggs, baked bacon, hams, cheeses, yogurts, muesli, sweet pastries - cakes or Christmas.Walking distance from the center. Parking inside the yard.

Based on the positive reviews, I ordered accommodation in this guesthouse, unfortunately we were met with great disappointment immediately upon arrival. The owner gave us a different room than the one we had booked and denied that we had booked another one. At the same time, we had the reservation e-mail as proof. Then he left and didn't talk to us anymore. He didn't tell us what time or where breakfast was served. This was told to us by a lady who was also staying at the guesthouse. The breakfasts were very weak. If you have a male eater, take the food on your plate immediately and especially arrive for breakfast as early as possible, because the owner does not refill the food. Don't expect any vegetables, fruit, sausages, omelettes, long-lasting salami, spreadable cheese. Every day there was the same thing. Plain rolls and bread, sliced butter, sliced cheese and ham. For those with a sweet tooth, there was only a cut-up bought Christmas cake or a cake, which disappeared at the speed of lightning, so some of them didn't even have any left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this guesthouse, the owner is arrogant and unpleasant. We have never experienced such a meeting anywhere, and we have traveled a lot. :( Anyway, the city is beautiful and so is the surrounding area. We'll just choose another accommodation next time.

We stayed in this great guesthouse in August. We were received very nicely by the owners. Our room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come again.

We were here for the first time and I have to say we were really excited, we were welcomed very nicely by the boss and we were immediately shown our room, which was very nice in terms of furnishings, nothing was worn out or broken and everything was very clean , the breakfast was very good and sufficient, there was everything a breakfast heart could desire, scrambled and fried eggs, coffee, tea, cocoa, ojuice, etc. various types of sausage and cheese, jam, etc... I can really only recommend the guesthouse, the landlords are both very warm and accommodating, and both speak a little German.Please keep it up, we will come back…

We stayed here for 6 days and there is nothing to complain about. If you like country style, come here! Beauty replaces splendor. A beautiful atmosphere of comfort and peace breathes upon you, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. The owners are very accommodating, kind, helpful and very communicative. The man knows how to make a great joke! We have a lot to remember. Parking is in the yard, which is great because there is absolutely nowhere to park in the city (different zones) and you are in the center within 10 minutes.As for trips, there is a lot to visit. In the city, the classic promenades, colonnades, the path along the springs, etc., we also recommend the Fata Morgana (illusion) museum - a perfect experience, just don't forget your phone or camera. The walk to the Amerika pond is also beautiful, and definitely stop here for lunch at the Chaloupka U vody restaurant - perfect service and excellent food.The breakfasts were excellent, every day something new to choose from and the fruits and vegetables were homemade. We also appreciate that the owners are still improving the accommodation and are planning additional equipment for their guests in the adjacent part of the building (so don't be intimidated if you see scaffolding or some construction material in the yard).We are very excited about this stay and once again thank the owners very much! Very nice welcome from the host couple. Simple but super clean rooms. Free WiFi, free parking in the enclosed yard. Breakfast was good and sufficient. A very nice guesthouse. From here you can easily explore the area. It won't be the last time we stay there.

Nice family-style environment not far from the center, decent owner, very helpful, calm, comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it for families with children, but also for young couples. Parking directly in the building and included in the price, which is a great luxury in Františkovy Lázně, there is no chance to park anywhere in the center, there are zones everywhere. Prices in restaurants are high, so we welcomed a kitchen with basic equipment, so we could also cook something.
