Ate very tasty. Home-style cooking. What pleased me most was that horse meat was also on the menu and was perfectly prepared. Special requests were also met in a friendly manner and without any problems. We'll definitely come back to eat here 😁 👍🏻Thank you!

Very accommodating and flexible. Tourist friendly. The most important thing is fresh food and beloved specialties that you would otherwise only get or have gotten from grandma. Well-groomed appearance across the board. Just a beautiful place to stay.

This was our fourth time on vacation here. This guesthouse is second to none. Nice staff, great food, no long wait, no matter how busy it is. Kudos to the owner, Ms. Schade. The surroundings are simply great and there is always something new to discover. We'll definitely be back. :-)

Today we went back. We were here last week during our walking trip along the Malerweg. Then it rained. We then enjoyed a delicious warm tomato soup. Today from a homemade ragout. They are very hospitable and that is also evident from the busy terrace. Hikers come and all stop here. Logically too. We also bought a picture for on a walking stick from the Malerweg. Unfortunately I couldn't buy Jan Klaasen's candles. Hohnstein, the town nearby, is the birthplace of puppet theater.During the Malerweg we slept in the annex where all the rooms are. You can easily reach the restaurant by crossing a river. Very nice people here. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are sufficiently large and there is no noise from outside because it is located in the middle of nature.

We were there today and wanted to eat something. When we arrived at the inn, two employees looked at us strangely without saying hello. We were then asked what we wanted. Very strange question when entering a restaurant that was about 1/4 full. We had asked for 2 places. But we were only offered outside because house guests were supposed to come. The impression was just listless Saxon unfriendliness - never again and not recommended!!!
