It also depends on the room, I was always lucky to have a big room with a big bathroom. Helpful receptionist, helpful nurse at the spa clinic. It means not being afraid to speak up about your requirements. Dr. Goodočíková! I like to come back here. Higher prices, but to my surprise not the highest (at least in Pawlik forum resort). Of course, mistakes would also be found. However, overall satisfaction. A bonus is the banquet style of breakfast, lunch and dinner and their relatively long time span. Plis environment (by the park) and both options for sitting outside under shelters.

Some praise it, unfortunately I don't. I am very disappointed with the František Spa. I have been treated for cancer and am a disabled elderly person. I chose Hotel Luisa, and I went from VoZP to KLP with a supplement of 10,000 CZK. It was cold in the room, and info? Old hotel, high ceilings, save money, can't heat it. At least I got another blanket. The very next day I started having intestinal problems. According to the staff, there is a mysterious source of infection in this hotel, which has not yet been found. I guess I was unlucky. The next day I was in a carbonic bath, where after the bath I was wrapped in a sheet, wrapped in a damp cold blanket, how else than in the cold, unheated room of the Imperial Baths. Then I completed one more procedure with a bio lamp. Here I lay undressed on a cold couch in a cold room for 20 minutes. Next time I should have taken something under me so I wouldn't be cold. How did it turn out? ATB and urinary tract inflammation. I only went to the dining room for dry rolls, bananas and bitter tea. Almost everyone there was coughing because it was cold. Well, on the last day, when I was already wheezing and coughing, the doctor and I agreed that I would go home to heal, and when I'd recovered, I'd come back and take the remaining 16 days of KLP. After registering after the illness, they told me that unfortunately it is not possible, they said that the voucher was already returned to the insurance company with a bill for the 5 days of stay. In addition, they deducted the remaining part of my additional payment of CZK 6,000, according to the normal procedure, for cancellation fees. Originally they wanted to give CZK 2,100 BACK for the Cancellation Insurance, WITHOUT MY EXPRESS CONSENT. And 3,900 CZK for a deposit, and for me to come again, for at least 7 days, which is about 20,000 CZK, and they will deduct the amount I have "deposited" from this new price. HOW KIND. I don't want to thank you. I had to express my strong disagreement. So I will never really come back HERE. The worst spa I have ever experienced. I have already been to Karlovo Studánek, Mariánské Lázně, 3 times in Jáchymov, and it was always good quality and comfortable. No cancellation fee insurance, no KLP surcharges, heat in the rooms, a dry blanket after the procedure, but simply everything as it should be. It reminds me a bit of Uncle Skrblík in the Frantovys, how those eyes flew in his eyes. All focused on business, the patient and the person somehow disappeared somewhere. Otherwise, I want to thank the staff, they tried very hard, yes...BUT AS WE KNOW "FISH STINKS FROM THE HEAD". Those who work here are just following orders from management. Their motto? NOT A EURO, DOLLAR OR KRONO WASTED.Note: I corrected some amounts, they were not accurate, according to them, I'm lying, so I'm sorry :-))). Well, nothing... I'm over it, and don't believe what they write under the post. They don't fix anything, they just care about money.....they just dig and blame. My recommendation: Get everything insured before you arrive or you will be ripped off. Or don't come here at all, there are so many other beautiful spas where they will treat you. The decision is yours.

A hotel intended for a spa stay, where the rule is that there are two people who are strangers to each other in the room.Even if they have the information that they are on a spa stay, they get a double bed. So you spend the entire stay with a stranger in the same bed. We were two for 4 weeks. The kitchen in the form of a buffet looked great.I have dietary restrictions (no gluten, no lactose, no pepper) and they had to make special food for me in the kitchen. So, for 4 weeks, with about 3 exceptions, I had the same thing with the same modification. When I asked in the kitchen for a different meal for the next day, the boss started yelling at me to the entire dining room, saying that as a dieter I wouldn't be able to choose and I should be glad to have something to eat.Every morning the same frozen gluten free bread that was often expired.I was about 2 months post-surgery with endometriosis and dealing with infertility, the daily stress in the cafeteria really helped me a lot mentally.
