Nice place, nice receptionist. But as for the diet, so horrible. I also paid for meals for the children who came to see me, and the school canteen is actually a luxury compared to that. Dinner over CZK 500 and half an hour after the start, there was no need for risques. Sauces not seasoned. Once in a hair shaft, the second time in a thermal container of a fly. Like for the same price of dinner in Orea hotels, it's a completely different level. This is sad, unfortunately the old people like it. But the kitchen is absolutely terrible. It stopped in the 90s. I can appreciate and praise, I am not a critic. But you can't be serious about this "buffet😀" meal for approx. 540, where it's just bagged vegetables and meat. Unfortunately, I can't post photos.

Hotel Belvedere is a spa hotel. Guests are mainly spa guests of advanced age. The location in Františkovy Lázně is unique in the middle of the park.We had booked a healing treatment with full board. We were very satisfied with the applications.There is a need for renovation in the hotel area, and there were also defects in our room.The meals were very meat-heavy. There were too few vegetables, hardly any fresh salads and not enough variety at all. Everything is a bit loveless.We didn't think the price/performance ratio was right.

Reduction of stars for the food (it deserves 1) - no fruit at all, scrambled eggs from a bag (horrible), coffee that is not coffee and a completely insufficient selection at breakfast and sometimes at dinner (food not flavored, sauces like colored water)...we will be back only because of the treatment procedures, the staff and the hotel as such and we believe that the kitchen has already hit rock bottom and will improve rapidly.

Pros-luxurious view from the restaurant, staff Ok balneo Ok food buffet Ok Cons-room comfort does not live up to its name-unpleasant atmosphere, leaky windows-pulls from him to the bed, mattress has crawled, crumbling wardrobe, loose leaking toilet constantly letting in, curtain in the shower? ?? Hot water only after long forgiveness. Internet only for a fee???

A pleasant hotel at a good address, a wonderful view from the dining room to the main city park. Complete own balneo operation in the building. The quality is maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. However, the building and the equipment of the rooms are already somewhat empty. Completely inadequate state of internet coverage.
