A beautiful hotel, most of the service is absolutely on point, but unfortunately I have to put down two stars because a small part of the hotel staff behaves absolutely unprofessionally and is unpleasant, I don't know if it has something to do with the fact that we were the youngest guests staying at the hotel, or if we are with the staff , they just didn't like it. But the overall impression of our stay was made very unpleasant by their behavior.We arrived later on Sunday, it was not easy to find on the website, until what time is check-in, we already found out that until 6:00 p.m., unfortunately we arrived on Sunday between 7-8 p.m. The receptionist was very pleasant and kind, we told her that we would like to buy more procedures, she referred us to the doctor the next day, who was also very pleasant and relaxed. The doctor said that she didn't know anything, that ČD travel customers have 8 procedures at a discounted price and that we should ask the reception the next day, unfortunately there is a problem here, the receptionist, who was already here on Monday, but we as customers are they couldn't have had any idea that it was THE receptionist with whom we were supposed to make an appointment the next day. The receptionist told us that we should have ordered the procedures on Sunday, which we tried, but unfortunately. Now, according to him, there is no longer an option, but he will try to negotiate with the doctor if it is still possible. Fortunately, he made an exception for us and today we will agree with the doctor on further procedures, but the arrogant behavior of the receptionist continued until the end of the stay.Upon arrival, the receptionist sent us to reserve a table in the dining room, the very "active" and above all arrogant Mrs. Alexandra had already cleared our table because she thought we wouldn't come. Upon arrival, she informed us that she did not know how she would do on Wednesday during the musical evening, so we did not know where we would sit, luckily we were seated relatively normally, we somehow survived the evil looks and arrogant tone from Mrs. Alexandra until the end of our stay and we had to they were quite surprised during the whole stay that he even knows how to behave pleasantly.The restaurant has short time slots for the delivery of food, how many times it was a pain to eat in such a way that it did not cover us with the procedures. How many times did we have to stuff food into ourselves slowly because it didn't work. 7-9, 12-13, 18-19, honestly not only for us it would be better for example: 7-10, 12-14:30 and 18-20:30.The rooms could use some care, as the shower head and the fan showed that they had already served the better part of their lives. 👍🏻 Fortunately, we didn't hear the neighbor much, but I know that others have complained about the thin walls between the rooms and that they can hear others snoring. I think Hotel Centrum should consider soundproofing the "old rooms".For me, the biggest pity is the absence of wellness, there is no separate zone where there would be at least a Finnish, infra, herbal, steam sauna, whirlpool, cooling pool and hot tub. Otherwise, the treatment procedures themselves were not bad, but it would be necessary to carry out the reconstruction of the equipment, which is becoming morally obsolete. But here the staff was absolutely pleasant and professional.
