A very clean and nice hotel. The staff are very friendly.We had half board. The breakfast buffet is good, but there is still room for improvement at dinner. There could be a little more choice, especially for vegetarians. But the prices for the drinks are very good and fair.The wellness area can also be expanded. Unfortunately, a small pool with 4 loungers is not enough for the entire hotel.The location of the hotel is great. Very quietly located in a traffic-calmed area overlooking a beautiful park.

A very nice hotel located directly at the park. The staff is always very friendly and speaks good German. At the reception you can get good tips for excursion destinations. The rooms are nicely furnished and, depending on the room booked, have a good view of the park. The indoor pool is also recommended. The breakfast is good. The parking garage is also satisfactory. There are no points for negative criticism.

For the long weekend, my mother and I wanted to treat ourselves to a wellness stay in František Lázně, but unfortunately Harvey Spa Hotel disappointed us both greatly. For breakfast there was marmalade, which was just sugar with gelatin and coloring, sliced cheese was a tasteless mass. The coffee was great, but we had to wait in a long line. The room was fine for us. Wellness was a disaster.1. Sauna still busy, not cozy or calm2. The cooling pool is not in operation3. Showers are either ice or boiling4. One masseuse for the whole hotel, because the other one is dying. Why don't they have a replacement? I really have no idea5. The bubble bath is not in operation because the jets are not working6. There is no herbal bath either, so we were offered a Wine Bath for 20 minutes for 690 CZK per person (red shower gel with foam). We waited 15 min. The room looked like an operating theater, without the relaxing music and in the direct light of the fluorescent lights. Uncomfortable, unrelaxing, the whole thing was unpleasant. In addition, the receptionist sat next to us and kept track of our time on the phone.

Unfortunately the hotel is not worth 5 stars. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Mattresses too soft and worn out. Breakfast bad. Parking lots chaotic. Unfortunately the pool was defective and no notification was received.

The hotel location is 30 minutes away from sightseeing spots by driving,but its’s by a green park and one small pond. Each room is equipped with coffee maker and two bottles of complimentary water along with slippers,one iron and safety box. As to the breakfast, it’s good: I can have some hot dishes, boiled eggs made on our won,a variety of bread,juices,cafes…etc. BTW,staff in the reception keeps smile and provide good service to me while check in.

More appearance than reality: The 5-star hotel that wasn'tThe 5-star hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by a picturesque park. The main house, built in 1900, impresses with its external structure. The reception on arrival was friendly and luggage trolleys were available. Parking spaces, if available, can be rented for 13 euros per day. It is possible to reserve your own parking space through a stand, but no one really seems to be interested. The number of parking spaces is not enough to cover the hotel's occupancy, but they are still being sold for profit. The result is chaos and disorder.The hotel's wellness area offers a steam bath and a sauna as well as around ten loungers. The hotel pool, which appeared empty and unattractive, had been broken for over a month - information that unfortunately was not provided in advance. The wellness and vitality treatments booked also did not meet expectations and were rather below average.The staff was friendly, but the treatment rooms and hallways were uncomfortably cool. When we left there was no interest in providing feedback or asking how the stay was; Instead, they only insisted on payment in cash or card.

There is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of both the dishes and the ambience.The breakfast is very good.We'd love to come back! But we'll have dinner outside

We wanted to stay 4 days and extended it twice to 17 days because we liked it so much.The junior apartment with a view of the park was great. The sunset from the large balcony was fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable. The only thing that took a lot of getting used to for us was the shared blanket.The breakfast was very varied. We found everything we needed. Vegetables, fruit, various rolls, bread, salads, bratwurst, bacon, scrambled eggs, cakes, all available in great quality.Very polite and attentive staff everywhere you go. We try to fulfill every wish. Communication is also not a problem here. Almost everyone speaks German.It was a great vacation all around and we will be vacationing there again next year.A big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful days.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay in this hotel. the rooms were clean, spacious enough and the beds comfortable. my only complaint about the rooms is that the bed was a double, but the mattress was two smaller ones joined together. but that wasn't a big problem. the sauna and pool that we had included in the price were great and we didn't even experience anywhere being overcrowded. but the areas around the pool could be heated, it was really cold there. breakfast was in the form of a classic buffet with a large selection. so everything about the hotel itself was great; the reason I'm knocking off one star is our last morning the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and all the guests were kicked out. we stood outside the hotel for more than 40 minutes, in the rain with minimal clothing; some guests even just in a bathrobe. all the staff stayed at the hotel and after almost an hour of waiting they allowed us access to the hotel restaurant. there is a problem with the boiler. thanks to this experience and how the hotel staff approached it, I give 4*

The rooms are very nice, even though we were in the adjacent building. The TV is attached to the wall and I was afraid to handle it so that something would happen to it and I just wanted to plug in the HDMI cable. The sauna and pool were lovely, the hotel has a Finnish and Steam sauna, both very nice. The only complaint about our stay was the fire alarm, because their boiler went off and all the guests were thrown out in front of the hotel at 7°C and in heavy rain. After almost 40 minutes they opened the next building and let us in. A lot of people there only had a bathrobe, luckily we dressed properly, but we still got cold.

The hotel was next to a nice park. The rooms are relatively new and well maintained.The hotel is definitely not 5*, it is an ordinary 4* hotel.The selection at breakfast was very poor.No outdoor furniture on the balcony.Small wellness.The staff in the restaurant at dinner behaved appallingly, they were obviously young part-timers. I would not expect that in a hotel that is priced at 5* I would have to go to the cashier to split the bill.
