This is our second time at the Mosel Village Resort.Back in the spring we were very excited about the location, the cleanliness in all areas, the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful furnishings of the apartments. This time we traveled with our (elderly) parents in the “Golden Autumn”.Our apartment, the balcony and the sumptuous breakfast leave nothing to be desired. There is now a very well-stocked wine shop where you can taste in peace; Here too, there is hardly anything left to be desired. The cleanliness in every corner of the large apartment complex is impressive - including the wellness area. This is also tastefully furnished and includes a relaxation room, sun terrace, indoor-outdoor pool, another separate outdoor pool, saunas and an "ice room".I think there are also spa treatments - but I'm not sure.Outside, a beautiful terrace invites guests and travelers to enjoy a glass of wine, eat and linger.Breakfast is very tasty and includes coffee specialties, salmon, sparkling wine, juices.I can't say anything about the hot food, as we ate it on our day trips. The staff is very friendly and hardworking.A lot of love and passion has been put into this - and it shows. You can charge your electric car. There are enough free and free parking spaces. The “Green” overnight stay applies; This means you save resources and the apartments are only cleaned upon request and for an additional charge. This means both sides can live sustainably. What might be annoying for some is the self-service. As I said, this concept is intended to conserve resources.Thank you for the lovely time here.We really enjoyed it and will hopefully come back soon.Family S.5 people3 generationsOctober 2024

The two of us stayed at the resort for 2 nights. The reception is also the restaurant, which was confusing at first. But we were given a warm welcome and were allowed to take a seat and sip the house sparkling wine :-). Delicious. The chalet was nice, cleanliness was ok, kitchen equipment needed improvement, the pillows were too big/hard for our taste.Restaurant; The concept of self-service put us off at first. But we were positively surprised, we still had individual advice, every wish was fulfilled and everything was taken care of. We enjoyed the food. Luisa gave us very friendly and competent advice about wine. Very great, thank you! We also received great service and advice from Mr. Metzger. You can tell how passionate and passionate he is about his job.Thank you very much, we had an overall great stay! We'll be back!

There is no reception. Everything happens in the dining room including all meals. There's a Center Park atmosphere...During dinner you get a pager to pick up the food yourself, just like in a takeaway chain. Breakfast buffet was average at best, here too there is a tray like in a canteen. The cups on the coffee machine were usually not washed very cleanlyInstead of a chalet we booked, we received a holiday apartment with a wooden ceiling!Sauna is only open from 12:00 p.m. The sauna was only switched on at 12:45 p.m. upon request. Now the positive: everything is new and well maintained... the location with a view of the Moselle is beautiful. We like the spa area!

We were here for 10 days in September and lived in an apartment. Very spacious and everything was clean and new. The location and the view are perfect. From the welcome to the farewell with a picnic gift, everything was very pleasant and friendly. The self-service didn't bother us, you can adjust to everything. This is the case in many restaurants in northern Germany. One should also consider the staff shortage. Overall we had a lovely holiday, the weather was great.

The ambience of the room is great, but the double bed turns out to be two single beds that always slip apart. Motion detectors in the hallway and bathroom make it as bright as day when you walk through them, which is not exactly conducive to sleeping peacefully. Wellness area nice, but a bit small. The service staff was sometimes great, sometimes rather unfriendly and, for example, very slow to take care of breakfast. At times things were out and you had to point them out in order to get them or then wait 10 minutes for them to be refilled.Very nice location, you can go on many nice trips from there. Food was very fresh, regional and delicious.

Very clean, optimal location on the Moselle with many hiking routes right outside the door. You can tell that the hotel has been expanded and some processes are still being developed. Nice wellness area and relaxation room. Self-service restaurant lacks a bit of flair.

The self-service area of the restaurant is absolute nonsense. You buy food at the checkout, drinks as well, and you get a beeper. It beeps all the time throughout the store and it gets annoying at times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. “Wait until it beeps”.With so many nice staff, normal service would be possible. Food is rather average. Our pizzas were ready-made products, not baked through and 2cm all around. not occupied at the edge... Too bad!We only ate at the Mosel Village Resort - we didn't stay overnight.

Went to Village Resort in September, with five adults in a nice apartment with breakfast. Everything was fantastic! From reception to the end it was very professional. Many thanks to Svetlana and the staff. The apartments are well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the view is a dream. The spa area was very clean and modern. The breakfast was very nice, everything your heart desires is there. We'll definitely come back.
