The rooms are quiet and big, so don't worry about space. The location is perfect for people who like small towns and nature. I would say that the target audience is for 50+, but of course, there is something to do for children. I'll definitely come back. I absolutely recommend it 👌.

The size and equipment of the rooms depends on the choice. On the first visit in building A, the room was great, on the second there were only rooms in building B (both rooms and accessories are smaller).

My husband bought us a weekend stay at this hotel, which was definitely not cheap. The first impression was spoiled right at the beginning, when there was no one at the reception and the receptionist appeared only after 15 minutes, possibly longer. I note that we arrived at a perfectly normal hour. Dinner was another disappointment. The selection of main dishes was very small and consisted mainly of dumplings, gnocchi and meat with UHO. I would compare it to the school canteen. We had two procedures during our stay - the first was a twenty-minute massage by an unpleasant masseuse, which wasn't even much of a massage, and a fifteen-minute bath, which was nice. We wanted to purchase other procedures, but none were on offer. The pool was quite cold, but what surprised me the most was the cold jacuzzi. I've never experienced freezing in a hot tub before. The husband therefore decided to go to the sauna to warm up, where another surprise awaited him. The sauna is taken care of by a kind of "attendant", who was not very pleasant. The sauna is quite small, so when other people came there, the attendant started throwing guests from the hotel out of the sauna, saying that priority is given to people who came from outside and paid for entry. Oh, so the 14,000 CZK we paid for the stay somehow doesn't count... Another minus is that you have to leave the hotel by 10:00 on Sunday and hand in the chip to the aqua center, so you can't get there anymore and it's not thus de facto a weekend stay, but only on Saturday. In most wellness hotels these days, check-out is at twelve o'clock at the earliest, and you still have the opportunity to participate in procedures and visit other hotel facilities throughout the morning. I believe that the standard of stay for the people who have it covered by the insurance company is great, but for the clients who have paid a lot of money it is a misery. The problem is that the approach to these two groups does not differ in any way, and I therefore do not understand such a high price - insurance companies certainly do not pay such sums for their clients. Wellness hotels in Poland or Hungary cost at least a third less and the level of food, service, etc. is incomparable.

I love coming back here again and again. If you are looking for a modern spa with a long tradition and careful care for body and soul, I warmly recommend Františkovy Lázně. And if you ever stay in Pawlik, you won't want to go anywhere else..

I came across this hotel through a friend and without much research I booked the treatment for 9 nights with 23 treatments and full board. It was very nice to hear that most of the employees spoke either German or my native language. I have to say the friendly nature of the employees also worked wonderfully.I was warmly welcomed at reception, but given little information. For example, I later found out that I could use the card you get on the first day to pay for drinks at the bar. By the way, since the hotel is not modernly equipped, you get a normal key for the room (you also have to lock the door every time you go out and in so that no stranger can get into the room) as well as a chip bracelet (for the aqua park, for that check in before eating and parking) and this paper card for the bar. So you have to carry three things with you, otherwise you won't get in anywhere. The procedures were largely tailored to my needs. You also have to take into account that undressing is a prerequisite for most procedures. Most employees are women, but there are exceptions.A few minus points for some procedures.Paraffin pack hands: very unhygienic, as the paraffin that I just scraped off my hands is thrown back into the container for the next visitor.Carbon dioxide bath: it's a little too cold, even if you want to make it a little warmer it's not possible because it's centrally regulated.Partial massage: was more like stroking and not massaging. However, great procedures are the highlight of this hotel. For example the mud pack, mud tampons, vaginal douching and the gas bath. You spray the effect almost immediately. Thank you for that!!!There are also really great doctors on site who also offer really great procedures. E.g. Acupuncture.I would like to say something about the cleanliness of the rooms.Although housekeeping was there every day, I found it unclean. Yes, the beds were made, the towels were changed upon request, the toilet paper was refilled and the trash cans were emptied every day, but the sink still has soap residue on the tap from the previous visitor. The table lamps already have an old coating from dust that has not been removed well. The tiles in the bathroom and the paper holder have traces of water. In addition, the toilet paper was only 1 layer. The doors in the bathroom had blood stains from the previous visitor. The hair on the tiles was removed approximately every 4 days. The food was delicious and varied. Different soups every day and twice a day. I was very pleased with inexpensive dishes like pulled pork and sea breakfast. Breakfast was also super tasty and offered a large selection. You will find various shopping opportunities near the hotel. A small drugstore or Lidl, the classics.Overall, I would recommend this hotel, even if it still has room for improvement.A few tips from me.Take both knee-length and long baggy pants with you and a few T-shirts. Also an empty drinking bottle and a thermos flask. Both drinking water and hot water for tea are only available during restaurant opening hours. And make an appointment with the head doctor straight away if you want to have children.Only takes half board, full board was too much for me personally. You can also choose whether you go out for lunch or dinner. Out of 9 days, I only ate twice on 5 days. Book a room in building A, the distance to the clinic is shorter.Everyone stay healthy and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The comfort and services of spa care, including unlimited access to the Aquapark and a fairly rich selection of food, are redeemed at a higher price than in nearby hotels. My wife and I enjoyed being pampered by the procedures, the accommodation in building A was comfortable. The underground passage connection with the Imperial Baths is amazing. The service at the Pawlik cafe is different depending on the shift that is being served. The overall impression is still great.
