They charge my credit card double for one stay, and nobody communicate with me, I write them email every day and nobody respond, only one email in deutsch, they want to send a receipt, which I do in every email! Very bad customer service!

Both the owner and her son were very rude, especially if you don’t speak good German. Every kind request I made seemed like a major inconvenience to them! The hotel is antiquated and you have to pay extra to use the spa. Also, the carpets smell like cigarette smoke. I recommend you stay away from this hotel.

Never again! Rude and unprofessional!I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone! The breakfast is very bad! In addition, it wasn't enough because it wasn't refilled. The staff was simply unfriendly, annoyed and stressed. But the worst thing was the boss and the young man at reception - just unprofessional and cheeky. Apparently they are overwhelmed with the reservations via booking and have no control over it at all. The bill is presented to you before you even get the room key or any information. The rooms are good. There is parking and the location is good.

The Psycho Hotel. It seemed like a joke. Two families stayed last week. We have never received such haughty and humiliating treatment. Their service orientation is non-existent. His attitude, lackadaisical and aggressive. The services and facilities they offer, a hoax.Far from judging, I describe:-They do not allow, for example, to enjoy breakfast in the garden that they show so much in their advertising. Everyone was locked up and huddled in the carpeted living room, with the smell of stale smoke, so as not to work so much.-Ten minutes before the end of breakfast, they prohibited us from taking food, while the staff and owners served themselves in front of our faces, dishes that they went out to enjoy, lucky them!, in the garden prohibited for tourists.- The owner insulted us and raised her voice when she told us that it seemed unusual and unpleasant that she violently demanded payment for the stay one day before departure.- when asking for the complaint form in English, even German, he stated in a racist manner that he did not understand Italian, Spanish or whatever we spoke; and our obligation when visiting Germany was to speak German. It evoked terrible times in the history of such a magnificent country.- The stay left such a bad taste in our mouths that the wasps that floated in the juices and jams from the scant breakfast buffet are the ones we remember best after our stay.Oberamergau is a wonderful town, in a dream region with charming accommodations; there is no need to suffer this terrible and surreal experience.

The atmosphere was extremely chef-like and inviting. You immediately felt in good hands and welcome. When we checked in we were immediately warmly welcomed. We were shown both our own parking space and our room. We particularly noticed the dedicated employees who were there for you around the clock. The highlight of the stay was the spa area, which was not only extremely hygienic but also very well developed. Finally, it must be said that the Hotel Landhaus Feldmeier is a clear recommendation for all holidaymakers in the Oberammergau area!! Tobias deserves special mention; this committed young man always had an answer to our questions, was very hard-working, always courteous and polite. Overall, a hard-working and ambitious employee.

Horrible service. Avoid this hotel as they do not deserve any of your hard earned money. Rude receptionist lady yelled at us for trying to register 10 minutes past the registration window (we had a room reserved before that and we were unpacking our bags from the car). She yelled at us as if we owed her some money and told us that all rooms are booked (I saw many available keys on her shelf, and there's no way someone took our room in the 10 minutes), and she tried to scam us with giving us a worse room for €100 more. We were rejected service so we left. Avoid avoid avoid.

We received a very friendly welcome today, even though we arrived before check-in time. Your son took us to the room, showed us the breakfast room and explained everything we needed. Our room was a bit older, but practically furnished. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was absolutely rich and delicious.Based on the reviews (which I only read after booking), I was actually a little worried, but we would be pleasantly surprised
