Nice little guesthouse, clean room, service is also good. Friendly employee, always available for a little chat. The breakfast was delicious, it was brought to the table. On a separate plate there were 2 rolls, some sausage, cheese, tomato slices, pepper strips, fruit, small packets of butter and cream cheese. An egg, juice and yogurt were also offered. The Alexandra guest house can also be easily reached by public transport. The “Strandstrasse” stop is about 5 minutes away from the house. Another stop about 5 minutes away is “Kurparkallee”. The beach in Döse is about a 10 minute walk from the house, a few more minutes and you are at the Kugelbake. I'd love to come back 👍 Greetings from the Ruhrpott 👋

I spent one night alone as a business traveler. Room with shower and toilet. The room was clean and I slept well. However, it was a bit annoying that when the windows were open you could hear the other toilets flushing. Basically good location. Limited parking possible directly in front of the house.Due to a lack of staff, the offer was breakfast in another hotel or on site with ready-made plates. I decided to stay away at the partner hotel, it was absolutely fine.The house informed me about the options the day before arrival. I would definitely go to this house again for short trips. I was satisfied.Price performance absolutely okay

We stayed there over the weekend as we were on a short trip. It was enough to stay overnight with comfortable beds, WiFi and breakfast. 10 min walk to the beach. Otherwise you can reach the center in just a few minutes by car or bus, where there is everything like shops and many restaurants. We can well imagine coming back.

Hidden costs! Once the booking has been completed, you will be asked to directly transfer 5 euros “environmental tax” per person per day in addition to the tourist tax. According to demand, the environmental levy is "for the increased costs of water, gas and electricity". Calculated per year, that's 3,650 euros for 2 people. A proud price!For my 3-room apartment for 2 people I pay almost 1,000 euros for water, sewage, electricity, heating and waste disposal...The room was okay, the breakfast was sufficient. The stairwell is gloomy, it has seen better days.

Beautiful guest house that does what it promises. The rooms are equipped with a bed (logical), table, chair, closet, TV, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There was also a bar of packaged soap and shower gel + a hand and bath towel each. As a welcome there was a bottle of water and a small sweet in the room. There are rooms on the first floor that can also be used by people with limited mobility.The bookable breakfast serves its purpose and is exactly what is offered to you. In addition to a hotel breakfast that is not eaten in the guest house, it was offered to have a classic table breakfast in the accommodation.The guest house is well connected to a bus line (approx. 2m away) with direct connections to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the main station.The sandy beach is also just a short walk away.Otherwise the area is very quiet and you can easily sleep with the window open.However, the accommodation is not for people who are looking for some action and are coming to party. Things tend to be quiet and relaxed here.Check-in was contactless. Employees seemed friendly and not at all annoyed by questions or concerns.

Great for the price, but unfortunately, despite immediately reporting that the antenna plug was defective, no further attention was paid to it and so I couldn't watch TV.
