My wife and I are on the Way of St. James as pilgrims and were welcomed by Mrs. Rüddel in a very loving and familiar way. We were immediately served drinks before we even saw the room. The room corresponds to a small holiday apartment with its own bathroom and a kitchenette. We were also able to use the balcony of the neighboring room, which was not occupied at the time, and enjoy the evening twilight. We were treated to an unsurpassed wild garlic cream soup and Königsberger meatballs and breakfast was also prepared individually for us. It was also possible to prepare a packed lunch at short notice.We felt like we were being welcomed by friends or family, we really enjoyed our time and can only say thank you very much again!

My stay was very nice. The two hosts were very nice, very accommodating and extremely helpful.Above all, the food was excellent. Dinner was real home cooking with things from our own garden.The room was also very nice. I can only recommend this guesthouse, especially given the price :)

We were there once a few years ago and because we liked it so much, we took friends with us this time. They were also very satisfied with everything that was on offer.You should feel at home - that's exactly how we did it.

That's just great. A really great host couple. We were greeted like old friends upon arrival - warmly and kindly. Ms. Rüddel pampered us from A to Z, our wishes were promptly fulfilled and Ms. Rüddel had already anticipated our wishes in advance (we arrived in the rain).The rooms are modern, clean and large!The dinner we were served was incredibly delicious. Great home cooking, everything freshly prepared - with fresh salad and fresh herbs from our own garden.The “Bar of Truth” is a successful place to stay, where we had a very uncomplicated and happy conversation with the Rüddel family. My husband was even allowed to give a very spontaneous little guitar concert on Ms. Rüddel's "Ovation" :=)Breakfast the next day was also very tasty. A successful selection of fruit, cheese, sausage, salmon, scrambled eggs, etc.And all of this at a really great price. The guesthouse is highly recommended, especially for motorcyclists and bikers.Even though we've been back home for a few days now, we're still raving about our stay! Thank you very much for everything.If we come to the Hunsrück again, we'll stop by.
