Very nice campsite, right on the lake... Operator friendly, the only negative thing is that you can't check in again until 2 p.m. 👎

It is completely incomprehensible to us how this place could receive 5 stars and numerous awards. It's true, it has 6 large seats in the front row with a direct view of the lake. The area between the plot and the lake is separated by a chain link fence, as the area by the lake is accessible to everyone. There is a children's playground directly in front of the mobile homes, which is also well used when the weather is nice. So it's loud and the visitors who don't belong to the campsite don't pay any attention. Otherwise there is actually no privacy, as half of the mobile home sticks out of the plot.There is only one tap nearby, on a green meadow with no water outlet. This results in mud around the tap and is quite unpleasant. If you don't have a long water hose, you'll have to come up with something. There is no waste water at the sites anyway.The place doesn't offer anything else. Not even a ping pong table. The reception is open in the morning from 8 a.m. to half past ten and in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you arrive at eleven you have to wait outside for three hours. This is because the place is actually only run by the operator. There is also a “girl for everything” who sells the pre-ordered rolls in the morning. (Open for 2 hours) If you haven't pre-ordered, you're out of luck outside of the high season and have to drive to the bakery yourself. The rolls are also expensive, as is the place itself. We paid 75 euros per night and that puts the place in the very highest price range.The sanitary facilities are a farce. Unfortunately, they are a light year away from professional cleaning. I took photos and am happy to make them available. From 10:30. The sanitary facility is closed until 12 p.m. Then there is a toilet available on the beach. This is an improved Dixi toilet with a hand basin. But this is also where all beach guests and children go; this toilet is even further away from hygiene than the other one. (The employee came at 20 minutes to eight in the morning and cleaned the toilets. It actually took her 8 minutes to clean the women's and men's toilets. I also took some photos here immediately after cleaning. After she was finished, she opened the shop and sold ours Buns. Gorgeous.The reserved space is guaranteed in the reservation confirmation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us. We're just somewhere else. Unfortunately there was no explanation or apology, it was a case of eat or die. However, the entire price of the stay will be collected immediately upon check-in. It fits the appearance of the operator, who gave us the impression of a self-absorbed, arrogant guy. You get the impression that it's all about profit, there's nothing loving on the pitch. The self-love is also reflected in the sale of mugs that show his face.We will not visit the place again and cannot recommend it.The place does not offer security either, there is no access control, neither at the entrance nor at the entrance to the lake. Everything is open even at night.

very nice place, access and view of the lake are awesome. The thing we had to complain about is the showers, they are simply dirty, even after the one hour cleaning you can still see the dirt on the tiles, that is in need of improvement We give the location and the beauty of the place 4 out of 5 stars

Just got here, great. In between, the boss (I think) called us twice and asked when we would arrive and when we didn't get there on time because we got stuck in a traffic jam, he called again to see if everything was okay with us. We really appreciate something like that, great gesture, great welcome, great place.

Small place without restaurants!Reception is rarely open or only by the hourSanitary good! Price too expensive for a small gravel place.

The toilet rooms and shower cubicles are dirty and do not meet a high standard. There is not a single trash can available for small items on the entire site.Our parking space was dirty with various garbage. The lawn was completely unkempt, it was one-sided mud anyway. Not particularly nice to stand on.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this campsite.

Always a beautiful and well-kept campsite. Advance booking is recommended during the season. Get space at short notice with a self-sufficient motorhome. Electricity spots are usually pre-reserved. Operator 😎

A very nice campsite, right on Lake Starnberg and a very nice playground for the little ones.Our children are already grown up but a little tip for the older ones who were sometimes a bit lost with a soccer ball and didn't know where to kick it.Maybe it would be possible to think about something in this regard.Many thanks to the friendly staff
