An extremely attractive, small restaurant in the middle of Quedlinburg. Discovered by chance while walking and we were able to reserve a table straight away for the evening (definitely recommended). We had a surprise platter with bruschetta, salad bowl and carbonara. The bruschetta was topped with, among other things, spicy goat cheese and green spagel… super tasty! The salad bowl with burrata and the carbonara were a feast for the eyes and palate. We were completely satisfied and had a cozy evening at FachwerQ. Feel-good atmosphere & service 10/10!

If you are looking for quality instead of quantity, you have come to the right place! No overloaded menu or packet sauces. The food was on point in all respects. Crispy, juicy shrimp with a bite, tender fried meat, noodles that are really al dente, fresh spices and not an overloaded plate. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere and super fair prices. You can feel the passion of the staff and finally a place with good espresso, also made from Robusta beans if desired. This makes eating out fun. Absolutely recommended!

We were only in the restaurant for lunch. The ambience is nice and the food is delicious too. The service seemed annoyed and you could tell. After changing the operation you felt more comfortable :)

We visited Quedlinburg for 2 nights and had dinner here on the first evening.The service was extremely good - friendly, funny and charming.Unfortunately, the food was a bit too cold, but it was so delicious and of good quality.We had a bit of a hard time choosing starters because so many of them sounded interesting and tasty.Luckily I had reserved in advance, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten a table!A clear recommendation from me!

Here as elsewhere: people don't really feel like dining. There were several tables free. Inside the restaurant too. 5 p.m. Sun good weather. All tables reserved... they say. 2 hours later these tables are still empty. The waiter jumps around. Apparently a vacation replacement.I can't explain otherwise good reviews. Hello restaurant: you feel really stupid when you are sent away in front of empty tables. So here you go. Thanks for nothing.

One of the few really good addresses when we are in Quedlinburg. The food is exceptionally good every time. I think I've tried all the dishes on the menu at least once. Service outstanding, owner too. Coffee and espresso are also highly recommended. You're doing really great.

I was only in the restaurant there, not in an accommodation. There were many seats occupied and the waiter seemed very stressed. However, he explained that several employees were absent due to illness. It was very attentive and friendly. The food came relatively quickly, despite the advice that it might take a little longer. The menu was creative and didn't have the standard selection, which I really liked. Everything was very tasty and visually appealing. A small suggestion for improvement would be to not toast the bread as hard as a rock. I like it crispy, I personally find it a bit difficult as rock hard, but it's complaining on a high level.

We spent two nights in Quedlinburg and the holiday apartment in a central location was ideal. The apartment is spacious and well furnished, but the mattress was very hard. Everything was available in the kitchen so we could cook in the evenings. In less than 5 minutes you can reach a clean parking lot (8 € for a day ticket). The apartment was very clean overall, and there was a fan in the bedroom (we were very grateful for that when it was 30 degrees).

The half-timbered structure at Kornmarkt is a true jewel in Quedlinburg! If you're looking for delicious food or refreshing drinks, you've come to the right place. Nico and his cool team welcome every guest with warm friendliness. The food is simply fantastic - whether it's a starter, main course or dessert, the main ingredients are always love and passion!As in all restaurants in Quedlinburg, we recommend reserving a table in advance. We will be back definitely!
