I have never met such an unfriendly person in my life as this hostess. She is unable to write a reasonable invoice and insults her guests via email when they ask her to resend the invoice without errors. …

As we strolled through the small alley through Quedlinburg, the manager of the hotel attacked us out of the blue and insulted us. She seems to have a problem with tourists. We would not set foot in this hotel and would advise everyone against it. You can have a better holiday in Quedlinburg and the surrounding area than here.

I booked 3 rooms for 1 night through hrs. After 2 weeks I received a cancellation from the hotel, which hrs informed me about. Since the rooms were still available online according to my booking requests, I booked again. To be on the safe side, I contacted the hotel directly by phone 2 days later. There I was immediately told in a very unfriendly and loud manner that booking for one day was definitely not possible and that it was therefore not registered. I have never experienced such an unfriendly rejection in any hotel. The hotel lived up to its name in terms of “friendliness”.

After we read about the unfriendliness, we were very excited. I always like to make up my own mind. We were warmly welcomed and instructed. It was very cozy in the blue house, even though it was a challenge to climb the stairs at first, we took the challenge with humor and even with Gracie at the end. Everything was very clean. Sorry that we neglected to dispose of the bottles. We were very grateful for the peace and privacy and would love to come back.

I live in Quedlinburg and treated myself to a walk through Quedlinburg on New Year's Day. I got to the hotel through the Schuhhof. Since I hadn't been in the area for a while and was impressed by the half-timbered houses, I wanted to take some photos.Unfortunately, the manager of the hotel wasn't in a good mood and before I saw her I had to hear: "What else there is to photograph here!" When she came out of the red half-timbered house, she also gave me an unpleasant look combined with a derogatory head movement.I can't say much about the quality of the hotel... but the first impression was... that you shouldn't spend the night here... Maybe the lady of the house should rather rent out rooms in the Kleers (nearby new development area)... because she has She's sure to have a different audience and be less annoyed! However, if you earn money in the hotel industry and in such an environment, you have to live with it!It's good that there are many other options for staying overnight in Quedlinburg. When you attack harmless passers-by like that... The paying guests also see a different side...!!!

Unkindness personified. We asked for a later arrival as there was no other option for work. We were then confronted with angry and frustrated messages at booking. At the end we received an unfriendly and very cheeky rejection. We will strictly avoid this accommodation for further overnight stays and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Beautiful renovated half-timbered house in the middle of Quedlinburg. Booked holiday apartment with breakfast. The breakfast room in winter is quite cold. Breakfast was good. Everything was coordinated and counted for four people. The heater hums in the bedroom and kept me from sleeping the first night. When asked the next morning, I was told that it was like this, either warm with a hum or the heater off and cold. There was no flexible breakfast time. Breakfast at 8 and an hour...Departure at 10 a.m. as usual in all hotels, said Ms. Gerig. The car must also be removed from the parking lot by 10am as new guests arrive. You have to dispose of empty bottles and cans yourself. Normal garbage can be left in the apartment. Ms. Gerig is not that friendly to her guests. A second stay there is out of the question for me.
