We were in Quedlinburg two days ago as day guests and not hotel guests. Nevertheless, thanks to the two friendly ladies at the reception and the bar, we were able to take a drink with us to the roof terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere over the rooftops of Quedlinburg.Thank you very much

You can park your car safe and free of charge in the garden of the hotel. Our reception was a little bit awkward. They could not find our reservation and started quarreling in front of us. Her husband got all the blame! Funny to hear. …

Everything was very good and I would have given it four stars if there hadn't been these baked rolls for breakfast every day. It's a shame, but for a hotel of this category it is inadequate and the morning starts with a good breakfast.

Highly recommended. The castle lord is very personable and also the how and what. You're just a little disappointed with the room. The regular simple double rooms do not come close to the pictures that can be seen on the Internet. It's a bit like that when you take something away from someone that they didn't even have. Then you're disappointed. Because these rooms are actually completely fine but completely different than in the photos...I would make this clearer...

Good location. Staff mostly speak German only. For a small local town it’s an alright option, personally would like more services at the hotel such as full breakfast, air conditioning etc

We had a suite there in the hotel. The room size is very good, the TV was huge. The only point deducted is because the bed almost fell apart and wasn't possible for me in this price category and there is no restaurant in the hotel. The employees are really nice and accommodating and will take care of you immediately if you have a complaint or need help with anything.

The castle hotel served as accommodation for our group trip of 12 people. The staff and the lady of the castle as well as the lord of the castle responded to all of our wishes and impressed us with their service and their special friendliness. The reception on the day of arrival, the breakfast, the unconventional option of using the roof terrace, even a tour of the castle - all in all a successful stay. Many thanks to everyone who served and looked after us so kindly. We can fully recommend the hotel at any time.
