Not very accommodating although my wife was unable to take part in the holiday she had booked due to a short-term emergency eye operation, she had to pay 80 percent cancellation fees even though medical documents were presented. Not very understanding and the assumption that "anyone can say that" is a cheek in my opinion

So the service was very good and everyone was very nice. The rooms are also very nice, clean and have a large balcony with a very nice view BUT the kitchen utensils are not that good, the knives are blunt, bowls only come in two sizes and you don't have glasses everywhere. The location is actually very good, the only negative thing is that there is nothing nearby, the nearest grocery store is about 40 minutes away on foot BUT it is perfect for hiking and relaxing.

We had a lovely weekend as a family in the Residenzpark. Price-performance and service are top. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to look after yourself. It may not be the most modern facility, but it is still clean and satisfactory. The idyllic location is fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast. We'd love to come back. đ

The Resipark is a good place to stay. BUT please be careful and return all room keys. If you accidentally take a key home with you, it is best to send the key back to your insurer in a package. In our circle of friends, we had forgotten to hand over the room key several times and (strangely) it never arrived in the mail. Either the envelope didn't arrive or there was a hole in the envelope. Resipark will not provide an original invoice for the new purchase. You only receive an internal invoice from Resipark for âŹ120!!!!!! So watch your keys. Seems like it's a RIP-OFF!

Our seventh grade class went on a school trip there from April 24th to April 28th, 2023. A very quiet and secluded environment, but in which the students have a good opportunity to get away from all the stress and enjoy nature. There are nice activities on site, such as the summer toboggan run, the chair lift, 3D mini golf, natural ropes course, just to name a few examples. The service on site was great, Ms. Esser always tried to ensure our well-being. You could hike a lot, so that the students were usually so tired in the evening that they didn't make so much noise and fell asleep early. For a class that enjoys hiking and wants to get away from all the stress, our class would definitely recommend Residenzpark Willingen.

We spent three quiet nights in the Residenzpark with two people for a ski weekend. We got a very spacious apartment with two bathrooms / toilets and a kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. A varied breakfast, dry and steam sauna and super friendly staff rounded off the stay.The location is relatively remote, so it's more for people who like it quieter.We'd love to come back!

Apartment with all amenities. The decor is not entirely to my taste, but it is neat. It is a 5-minute drive from the village and the slopes. Basically a quiet location (provided your neighbors are quiet đ). We really like that there is room for the children to play outside. There is a sauna that you can use. View of the mountain with forest and streams. Also nice for walking. What's nice is that you get the Meine Card + with which you can do many activities for free, such as taking the gondola up (& walking down or sledding via the walking path), climbing, skating and swimming. The swimming pool is currently being renovated and will reopen in spring 2023. So if the weather or snow is a bit less, there is plenty to do.

We were there as a family for a week and felt very comfortable. The welcome was warm, we were given a larger room than we had originally booked for free because something was wrong in the other one. The apartment was clean and everything you needed was there. The breakfast buffet was extensive and left nothing to be desired. The staff are really very friendly and tried very hard to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We'd love to come back!

Accommodation was great! - We had a floor to ourselves and were able to celebrate the New Year! - On New Year's Day we were even allowed to check out late - a quick query was sufficient. The breakfast was wonderful, the employee/boss was super accommodating and always friendly. - We already have the intention to spend next year here too because it was just perfect for us adults and the children. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the furniture is not the latest but that didn't bother us, everything we needed was there. If something else was needed, a quick request was enough and we were helped. - Gladly again!

Very clean and good accommodation in Willingen. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stay overnight in the Residenzpark every time we visit Willingen. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the city center by taxi.

We were there for a week. The employees are super nice and always helpful. There were also nice conversations. It wasn't the last time we were there. The children and the dog were also very welcome. Only recommended.
