Very nice apartment house with a small swimming area and also a table tennis table in the basement. The parking spaces are close by, but can be accessed via a very narrow, steep ramp. Not for everyone. The apartments are a bit noisy but completely fine and clean. Here and there it might need some renovations, but all in all we highly recommend it. Centrally located. We were a bit unlucky with a construction site in front of the house, but the landlords can't do anything about that.

The house is getting a bit old, the hallway smells unbelievably of chlorine and old carpets. Our apartment was large and very attractive. Everything was clean except for the windows and the terrace. Weeds, broken chairs, dirty table, not exactly inviting to linger. Beds are very comfortable, unfortunately with feather beds, a no go for me as an allergy sufferer. For 3 people 600 euros isn't really cheap either. All in all ok but definitely room for improvement. If you're brave you can drive up the very steep hill to the entrance, otherwise you'll have to lug your suitcases up. You should be fit

Positive: nice, quiet location, close to town,Room adequately furnished and bathroom very nice with a great shower (according to reviews it doesn't seem to be like this in every room), great view if the room faces the mountain, pool completely sufficient.Negative: window blind very badly damaged (partial further damage),Plastic waste and extreme dust accumulation under the bed,Some mattresses are extremely hard (fold-out beds)Otherwise everything is okay.

Really great rooms. The view from the window is mega. The pool in the basement is great and it's not far to town. Had a good time in the house.

The bathroom is the worst, all the joints are moldy, the fittings are broken and cannot be regulated, no showering is possible because the water is only slightly lukewarm, everything in the room is full of cobwebs and the wallpaper is just a complete disaster, it couldn't be worse, everything is loose and just messed up, The play area for the children is more than just a disaster because the carpet is completely dirty, broken and loose.The toys there are all so dirty and broken that the children can only get sick there, ugly old broken harlequins hanging under the ceiling that can only scare the children, the balconies are also very much in need of renovation and the whole thing for 248€ where one Final cleaning of 32 € is included, we just ask why, with the spider webs.The hostel parents, on the other hand, were really nice and the pool area was also quite ok, we were even allowed to go into the pool area at night, the furniture was modern and completely sufficient

Hello, stayed in the house for 3 nights in week 33 for a 3-figure amount per night. The first impression was sobering. The craftsman who renovated the “shack” should be ashamed of himself. Blinds don't work, bathroom messed up (like from the rest ramp), shower faucet cannot be regulated (hot - cold). An impertinence for the course, never again!

Nice apartments, friendly owner.Nice swimming pool in the basement.Quiet environment.Just a shame about the stairs you have to climb if you don't want to or can't park your car above the entrance.The slope is terribly steep.

We were satisfied. The apartment was well equipped, everything worked and those responsible were friendly and helpful. If you really want to look for something negative, it would be that the shower was sealed by an intern. The breakfast for €6.50 is perfectly fine. I would come again

Very nice apartment house. The room we had was newly renovated, very clean, and what was very important for us, an 8-minute walk to the ice rink, albeit via the VERY steep path at the viaduct 😉The swimming pool is small but nice, very clean. The sauna made a cozy impression, unfortunately we couldn't use it, there just wasn't enough time.The kitchen was equipped, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, everything was there 😍And we made reservations at very short notice! Worked great!We'd love to come back.And for people who have to work: the WiFi was very stable (unfortunately🤣)

The house, grounds and ultimately the holiday apartment are very old. The cleanliness in the apartment was generally okay, but unfortunately not in the rest of the house. Pool area dirty and in need of renovation, as was the games room. “Hosts” friendly and helpful. In our opinion, value for money is not okay! We won't be coming back! A pity...
