We were here for the first time today. My wife had turkey with croquettes and hollandaise and I had plates of pan fish which were very tasty and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back.Thanks for the delicious food

We were guests with our regulars and had a very nice evening. Of course it was loud, but that's what we always do when we get together in a bunch. Despite the masses of people, the waitress was nice and had fun with us. The food was completely ok and we look forward to seeing you again :)

We were at an event in the winter garden. it was unbearably loud. Normal conversations, I could barely understand the person sitting next to me at the table. It's completely unclear to me why a restaurant doesn't do anything about the acoustics in this room, it's simply unreasonable and the room isn't actually usableI learned this: never have a group meeting at Osteblick again.

We were in Gräpel with our group for Boßeln over the weekend and enjoyed a wonderful evening and a sumptuous meal.I personally cannot understand the criticism of the staff; we were served politely and courteously.The rooms were very clean and the problem of card payment is already mentioned on a sign at the entrance.We'll definitely be back ;)

Unfortunately, we didn't have such a good experience last Sunday.In addition to a rude greeting, we had to wait longer.At some point we were able to order drinks. We were given the laminated menu with the drinks. Afterwards, no operation was visible for a long time or did not respond to our signals. At some point it worked, but we were then told that the kitchen had stopped ordering and that we couldn't order anything anymore.Next time we will have a picnic on the Oste in Gräpel and won't stop there again.

We ate here for the first time and had a drink, the food was okay, the service was okay and unfortunately everything took a long time and you should perhaps put a note on the table that card payment is not possible there. Furthermore, I don't think it's good that fresh cooking is advertised on the half board when nothing on the food is fresh, unfortunately it's just frozen food and then it has nothing to do with the fact that you have to wait a long time.

I was riding my bike and made a quick stop here. In the best weather you can sit outside directly on the east side. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature, this is the right place for you. The service (only one drink) was very good.

I don't understand why people praise the owners and then comment negatively on the internet. If so, you should clarify it on site and tell the owner what you don't like.I am very satisfied with the way the service was provided.There is no need to write about the food because it is very tasty and fresh.

Friendly staff, even when things get stressful because it's busy.Outdoor terrace with a view of the Oste is simply beautiful. We often go there for ice cream.

I've been to Plate's twice in the last 5 weeks and it was great. The location is great anyway, right on the water, but the restaurant is also nice and the staff is great. Funny, friendly and helpful. Ate currywurst and fries on the first visit. Totally ok. Looked like currywurst and tasted like it too. On the second visit only coffee or cocoa...it was very tasty. Gladly again.

Whether in spring or summer, the Osteblick is always a win. The perfect place to slow down.Wishes are still fulfilled here.The staff keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.In the fall the rascals come back to bowl.

We recently ate in this restaurant and have to say that the owners are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about our visit.The service was an imposition. Rarely have we experienced such rude and unprofessional service. Our service was simply disgraceful. It seemed like we were a burden and not guests. Our questions and requests were responded to with an irritated tone.The saddest thing about it: The people at the table next to us were already laughing out of sheer desperation because they were being treated just as badly. It was obvious that we were not the only guests suffering from this miserable service.Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre.It's really sad to see such nice owners being represented by such a bad team. The service here is an absolute disaster and the service absolutely needs to be canceled.
