Schloss Gadow

With a school class and good weather, it's wonderful there. The food supply is really good. This applies to both the food itself and the dining rooms. The park is well maintained and a feast for the eyes. The small swimming area is manageable. The range of activities and entertainment for children/young people offers something for all tastes.The rooms vary in size - from 1-bed to 8-bed rooms. An eight-bed room is a challenge! Luckily there are only a few of them.In the corridors, attempts were made to preserve the castle ambience. This is something special for the visitors.In my opinion, you can also spend a wonderful weekend at Gadow Castle with larger family groups.

Great for school classes

I've been to holiday camp there three times. As a supervisor as well as a participant. The object is beautiful. There is a large area that is great to use, especially for children and families. The staff and property management are totally friendly and accommodating. I would go there again and again. 👍🏻👍🏻

My son enjoyed the school trip. What could perhaps be done better would be the food, i.e. the noodles were a bit too hard on the first day of arrival. But he had a lot of fun

We stayed privately at Gamow Castle for a whole weekend with a larger group. And it was just wonderful.We were given an extremely warm welcome by the entire staff. We were able to address all wishes and ideas transparently and openly. Thanks to the impulses of the two operators, the whole event was really well-rounded. Thank you both so much!And if there were any challenges (e.g. because a TV didn't work) we just had to mention it and it would be taken care of straight away.The castle grounds are simply beautiful. And the great activities like climbing or canoeing put the icing on the cake.We will definitely and happily come back!

Highly recommended for children and teenagers.

This beautiful castle came into our lives by chance. After briefly getting to know Esther and Peter, it was clear to us that this was the right place and the right people for our planned wedding celebration. We spent an entire weekend at Gadow with 120 people and everyone was thoroughly thrilled. The atmosphere there is unique, the park is beautiful, the location is decelerating and quiet. We had a lot of freedom in organizing our celebration and using the area accordingly, and we always had support where we needed it. The food was great - all of our special requests were taken into account and expectations were exceeded several times. For us, this is another example of how much it makes a difference when things are human: Esther, Peter and the whole team were so warm, so helpful and so good-natured - but above all they radiate a calmness that is passed on to all the guests has. They were open to our ideas, flexible when there were “challenges” and always thought along. You can feel how much passion everyone puts into the task of keeping the historic walls alive. The cooperation with the adventure camp team, with whom we were able to do canoeing, climbing and archery, was also great. We are very happy to have chosen Gadow Castle and have created unforgettable memories. Everything was just right. We'd love to come back!

The castle looks very chic from the front, well from the back... My child went to holiday camp here. There were 4 and 8 bed rooms. In my opinion, very small and cramped, with only 1 table and two chairs and 1 broken cupboard without doors (they wouldn't have opened anyway because of the crampedness). The food was said to have been quite ok. The facility is great, but unfortunately not accessible for normal excursions. Very unfortunate. Internet was very spotty - if you need it urgently 😉

We celebrated our daughter's wedding for 3 days on this wonderful piece of earth. It was a dream. The staff was so hardworking and helped wherever they could. The food was great. I can't rate the rooms because we were there with the caravan. It was an unforgettable weekend!

Our child went there with “Berlitz” for a language trip. I can only recommend!!!
