We had the sunrise rooms and the family room from Monday to Thursday. Everything was absolutely perfect and clean. The rooms are very well equipped and of high quality. We also received a very warm and friendly welcome from our hosts.I would give 10 stars immediately if possible.I would come here again at any time.

We stayed in the holiday apartment suite for a total of 8 weeks. After the water damage in our house, we were able to move into the apartment immediately. We really have nothing to complain about, very nice apartment and helpful and open-minded landlords. We felt very comfortable, also because of the nice conversations with the Ashbahs family.

A warm welcome and attentive willingness to help made our stay in Elskop very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean and functionally equipped - anything missing was filled in immediately.We were looking for peace and seclusion, but thanks to the good network of cycle paths we reached our destination quickly. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we look forward to seeing you next time

After a year of vacation, we found a very nice apartment in Elskop with the Ahsbahs family.Very nice, quiet and idyllic location. Pure nature as far as the eye could see.The apartment was extremely well furnished, nothing was missing and it was spotlessly clean.The surrounding area invited you to take long walks along the dikes of the Elbe.The landlords were very, very nice and always friendly and helpful.To be honest: we can only recommend it!

Not recommended in my opinion.Apartment was clean, you can't say anything about that. But if you want some peace and quiet after a long day at work, you're in the wrong place here. You are told that the room is not tidy according to the landlord's wishes and you are accused of causing damage that doesn't even exist. Maybe other people had better experiences, but I for one know with certainty that I won't be posting here again.

Beware of fraud! Never pay in advance, people are disgusted and thrown out of the hotel if necessary, even if their privacy is intruded on, in order to keep the advance payment. I am not an isolated case, please provide feedback from other affected people.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay with attentive and friendly hosts! We have been spending our holidays with the Ahsbahs family in Elskop for more than 10 years!The apartment has excellent facilities, especially the spacious and modern bathroom!A small, functionally equipped kitchenette, a flat screen TV, WiFi, a very comfortable TV armchair and a large bed with friendly bed linen as well as the size of the apartment are a guarantee for relaxing hours.The wide fields and clean air invite you to take a walk and spend time on the small terrace. Due to the central location, the Baltic Sea, North Sea and other sights can be reached on day trips. A quiet evening on the Elbe dike watching the ships has a relaxing effect...A small coffee bar and a relaxation area in the courtyard are a nice touch from the hosts for guests.And if our health allows it, we will continue to spend our feel-good vacation with the Ahsbahs family for the next few years.H. and H. Super friendly and helpful landlord, booking, check-in and check-out - despite Corona - absolutely uncomplicated, the equipment is modern and high quality. Nice and quiet and idyllic, but not out of the way. Really recommended - we would love to come back!

Very spacious rooms, quiet location, very clean and modernly furnished. Polite and courteous landlords. Corona requirements are scrupulously adhered to and demanded by landlords in a friendly but firm manner. You feel safe there even in the pandemic situation.I'll definitely be happy to come back for an overnight stay! Highly recommended.

The owners of the hotel are busy cheating the customers!I was specifically looking for a hotel that had TWO-ROOM apartments! 8 months ago I booked a suite in which there are 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom with two double beds, in the living room and a bedroom. I booked a suite number on the eve of the New Year - one night. Before I arrived at the hotel, two weeks before my arrival, I wrote to the hotel to make sure everything is ok and we will get our LUXURY ROOM!! I was answered by the email that everything is fine and we will receive a LUXURO NUMBER. It also clarified that the room has 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom, and 2 beds. BUT...when my family and I arrived at the hotel we were put in a double, ONE ROOM which is 2 times smaller than the 2 bedroom suite I booked!! We explained that we had booked a different room, we had booked a LUX! But we were told we won't get a suite for one night!! WHY, it didn't explain. (The suite was dark, it wasn't busy!!) But if I was told 8 months or 2 weeks ago that the suite was not available for 1 night, I would book a room in another hotel!! but apparently it was done on purpose! Once again we tried to explain that we had booked the LUX ONE NIGHT eight months ago. The fact that it was exactly 1 night, and it was THIS LUX, was known 8 months ago! But the woman replied impudently: * You agree to this room, or you can * leave!The holiday was spoiled! BUT and that's not all! The hotel had already deducted money from our card for the room before we arrived! We paid for the luxury and lived in a small space! The hotel also charged a fee of 25 euros for an extra bed, which we wouldn't need if we had a LUXURY ROOM we booked that already had 2 beds!!I do not recommend booking in this hotel! You never know what to expect next time with the hotel owners and how they decide to deceive the customers!The hotel should not only be clean, towels and a flat screen TV - this is also professionalism and attitude towards the customer! Which this hotel seems to have forgotten or didn't know! (In the reviews there is a comment from the couple who also booked a two room suite and they got the usual small room! And about the woman who was rude! The hotel does that a lot!)
