The hotel is very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the train station. We were able to store the luggage at reception without any problems on the day of arrival and departure. I would particularly like to highlight the service of the staff - everyone was really attentive.And the breakfast was really very good. Very fresh selection, fresh fruit, lots of juices and drinks to choose from. I announced on Friday evening that I was following a vegan diet and received a separate, very tasty and well-thought-out breakfast both days.We wanted to use the hotel's own sauna on the day of departure, but unfortunately that wasn't possible due to cleaning times. That was a shame, but we only asked at very short notice.

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms.A really nice wellness area in the house 🍹👍You can watch the squirrels while having a delicious breakfast.Short walk through a well-maintained park to the Gardierwerk and the Kristalltherme. We had a really great WELLNESS SHORT HOLIDAY.

Very quiet location with friendly staff and good service. The rooms are clean, the WiFi connection could be better. The sauna area is small, but it is sufficient for a few sauna sessions.The breakfast is rich and varied. I'd love to come back.

We always come here twice a year for “wellness”, sometimes with six people, sometimes with 15 people.The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are all cozy, whether with a bath or shower, with a balcony or without. The bathrooms are nice and everything is always clean.The staff is always incredibly nice and can help with any issues. We always go to the nearby thermal baths; you can get tickets at a discount at reception.The restaurant is always busy and delicious, as is the breakfast buffet.Parking is right next to the house, we like being here and always feel comfortable.

Very large room. It has 2 rooms, a large bathroom with toilet and bathtub as well as an extra toilet. The windows are protected with fly screens. The service was impeccable and the room was clean. There was a new bottle of water every day.The dinner in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was rather mediocre, not much choice and was refilled very late. That's why unfortunately only 4 stars

Very good parking options, Therme Bad Wilsnack can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot.Not so good:We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and the buffet was already very empty and extremely select. Not everything was there anymore either. For example, there were only two types of sausage to choose from and Camembert was no longer available. The day before we were in the breakfast room at 8:00 a.m. The buffet was still very well stocked and there was enough of everything.The hotel was very full and it was sometimes difficult to find a place to have breakfast in peace.We found the daily free bottle of water in the room positive and our room was also very pleasant. The large balcony terrace facing the park was very well located and the terrace furniture was very well maintained.The food in the restaurant is very expensive and not everyone gets enough.

Hotel room is ok but a bit too small for the price.Unfortunately, from 1 to 10, we only give food a 5. Expected a little more for the price. The fried taste was a bit dominant and jus was weak and too little and salad tasteless

A very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food in the hotel is very expensive, so you had to dig deep into your pockets, as there was unfortunately no larger restaurant in the area where you could have a relaxed meal as a family with small children.We were very happy to take advantage of the cheaper use of the connected thermal baths!

We were very excited about the food!!!Highly recommended!!!Polite and courteous service staff!!At the request of a guest, one of the chefs personally came to the table and thanked him for the excellent food.The other guests also praised the good food.There was unanimous praise from all guests.It's very comfortable to sit on the outside terrace, surrounded by lots of flowers and in the background you can hear the various birds from the large aviary. A very pleasant atmosphere.Highly recommended!!!

The hotel offers nice and clean rooms. For the price, however, I expect a minibar and air conditioning in every room. It would also be nice if there were fly screens on the windows - as it was unbearably warm without the windows open we were pretty bitten! If that were available I would have given at least one more star. The breakfast was good, if the buffet was always replenished, but nothing special. Here too I expect a little more for a 4 star hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. In summer I would prefer an air-conditioned hotel - in the rest of the seasons I would come back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautifully located in a park and only 600 m from the Kristalltherme. The food tastes very good, is lovingly prepared and really recommended. The small oasis of well-being was worth a visit every day and is sufficient.
