We took a break here while riding our motorbike, the price was completely exorbitant, a small goulash soup was €9.50 and it tasted like it had been made with water again......the thin coffee too......The 2 stars go to the great, friendly dogs

Very lovingly and detailed furnished themed rooms with clean sanitary facilities, incredibly beautiful location right on the pass between Todtmoos and the Präg-Gletacherkessel, friendly and open-minded staff. …

Two large dogs on a long leash who are quite pushy. We saw two children running to their parents crying because the dogs wanted to steal their hiking sticks. Long waiting time and relatively unfriendly waiter, we felt unwelcome here. But the prices are high - I think 17 EUR for a soup is pretty sporty given the points mentioned above.

We were in the Hochkopf for the third time. We will come back. The hotel is very familiar, as you shout into the forest, the echo comes back. The landlord is very nice. The chef knows his craft and the waitress was very accommodating.I would like to thank you for your time...Until next time.🌳🌳🌳🌳

If you like dogs, then maybe the hair lying around the restaurant doesn't bother you. Not to mention that a lot of things in the restaurant are dusty and unkempt. The food and breakfast probably come from a discount store because that's how it tastes. The sausage and cheese were borderline. Everything here doesn't add up in terms of price. Here cheap goods are sold at a higher price. Shame about the money. There are many cheaper and, above all, better options in the area.

As a motorcycle group we were only there for a quick stop for coffee and cake on the terrace. The big dog under our table didn't bother us. The price/performance ratio was not very appropriate. Unfortunately, the waiter claimed that one of the group hadn't paid yet. Since he had already left, I paid for my colleague. However, he swore to me that he had already paid. So some organizational problem cost me money...It's kind of a shame, the location had huge potential.
