Very nice and quiet campsite. Sanitary facilities are well maintained and the service is good. The lido is also well maintained, not overcrowded and offers play opportunities for children. The restaurant offers solid cuisine (tastes great, large portions at moderate prices).If you are looking for peace and quiet you will definitely find it here.

A really nice place to camp. The sanitary facilities are extremely clean. The whole place was very well maintained. And also the restaurant, moderate prices and very, very tasty. The service is also very friendly. We'd love to come back. 5 stars +

We were at this campsite in August. Since we had questions immediately after booking online as to whether we could get onto the pitch with our caravan, we desperately tried to contact the operator. Unfortunately, no one could be reached via the registration number or the “Seewirt” number.An email was automatically replied to, no email queries will be answered.A request via the contact form on the booking page was also not answered by the time we arrived.On the day we arrived, we were only given a piece of paper with the site plan on which our parking space was marked. When we asked the operator about our unsuccessful request, he replied that the phone was switched off. When we were concerned that the parking space was too small for our 7m caravan, we were told that the vehicles would be better parked outside the campsite anyway.Now to the place:We had a parking space on the sunny meadow/tent meadow. We were able to set up our caravan with an awning on this corner spot and, after consulting with the neighbors, we also found space for our car. This would not have been possible on the other pitches due to their size.During our tour of the campsite we noticed that long-term campers occupied the largest and best part of the campsite.Since we actually intended to go here again, we looked at the “comfort places” and the dog beach. Here, too, we were disappointed to find that there were not enough parking spaces for a normal caravan with an awning.The dog beach, which is located in the farthest corner of the campsite, cannot actually be described as such. An approximately 4m wide aisle between two trees.In our opinion, the distribution of parking spaces generally gives the impression that only as many parking spaces as possible should be created on this property.Less is often more.A beautiful area, a well-located campsite and very good cuisine in the “Seewirts”. In addition, the sanitary facilities are far above standard and also very clean.Unfortunately this was our first and last vacation here.

We were there for 1 week and arrived with high expectations. However, we were bitterly disappointed. The website is great, but doesn't really reflect reality. The pitches are very small and you stand close together on a gravel road. Luckily we had a shady spot quite far back at the dog bathing area. At the front of the sanitary building it was almost unbearable at 30 degrees. The lake, which is actually a pond, cooled us down, but it was not possible to splash around because everything was full of weeds. Not even our dog wanted to go in there. Speaking of dogs. Some dog owners think they are the sole rulers of the place. The dog walk turns into a dog bathing area, but there is no exit. So business in front of other people's parking spaces, even though the owner forbids it. Or leashes. Nope, other dogs get attacked.The sanitary facilities are very nice and the WiFi is also great. However, 2 men's toilets and 3 showers each are a bit small for 200-250 people. So you have to wait..... There was only one washing machine that worked.Unfortunately, you can't choose your neighbors either. The kids cry in the middle of the night for 30 minutes and in the morning they rumble around at 6:30 a.m., an arm's length (really) from the bed. So right next door because there is no more space on the parking space.The place is also not ideal as a starting point for activities. It's all very far away. Except Edeka. It's just around the corner.Yes, we had a nice view, but we can't really understand the 5 star reviews.Oh, service, hmm. Our neighbors waited over a day for the FI switch to be pushed back in. We weren't asked if we liked it either. Not interested. The main thing is paid. We're definitely not coming back. Thanks.

Great view of the lake, very nice service

Cozy campsite. Beautiful location. Many permanent standing places for guests. Sanitary facilities modern and clean. Shower is a minus. You have to press it every 10 seconds. Shop (supermarket) just outside the site has everything you need.

It is a campsite right on the lake, the pitches are equipped with water and electricity connections.The restaurant is on the square and offers a small menu with something for everyone!The pitches are sufficiently large and well maintained.A bit overpriced for my taste, the sanitary facilities leave nothing to criticize.The lake is not deep about 190 cm at the deepest point.Very suitable for families because the water is very warm. You can rent pedal boats!Have fun 😎

The campsite is very clean and in a nice, quiet location. I feel it was more for people with small children or people who want peace and quiet. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

We would love to come back, super friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are at their best, pickobello is great and modern. The lake of course and the restaurant, wonderful.The Besels
