I'm completely shocked. Just spoke to an employee of the holiday service. If you ask questions about hidden costs such as charging costs for the wallbox (is on-top, not included) you will be laughed at. If the budget of at least €50 is not used up, you will not get the money back. The employees' comment: "...then charge somewhere else." The wallbox was a decisive criterion for us for the holiday home. Incomprehensible. When asked whether the TV is a smart TV with which you can watch content on-demand, you get a derogatory laugh with the comment “... you can see that in the photos, ...”. Completely disrespectful. I'll save myself any more flippant comments here. I had to break off the conversation. I've actually never experienced anything like this. Given the other reviews, it may be an isolated case, but my desire to ever rent a holiday home here again has completely disappeared.

The house we rent is equipped with all amenities. Both the sauna and the fireplace can score points here. The location is excellent. Quiet and yet not far from the center of town. We can only give an unreserved recommendation here!!

Prerow is a super beautiful place on the Baltic Sea. Especially great for families.We book through Ferienservice Prerow every year because we are completely satisfied. Very nice employees and uncomplicated processing. Flexible arrival and departure times round the whole thing off.We were always very satisfied with the holiday apartments. We'd love to come back.

We have been booking through Holiday Service Prerow since 2009 and are always 100% satisfied. A genuinely friendly team, great accommodations and always top service, even if there were any problems at all. We have gotten to know other local services and would never change! The super nice lady at the reception today, August 7th at 10 a.m., confirmed this again. Keep it up, dear Ms. Wiens + team!!!

Such a warm, great team! Service is very important here and, above all, lived. With the whole family, whether old or young, everyone is welcome, including our dog. If you're on vacation in Prerow, then only with you. You are the best.
