Even though my husband and I were unfortunately only able to stay in Zingst for a few days due to work, we felt very comfortable in House 1 of the Zingster Pearls. The house is quiet but very well located. There is everything your heart desires within walking distance. The house is absolutely quiet (greatly insulated), the gas fireplace and massage chairs are a dream and we had everything we needed. We didn't use the small, fenced garden, but it looked very attractive. The double bed on the first floor was very comfortable and we also liked the bathroom there. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the house and will definitely come back. The manager and Ms. Thiele (owner) were very friendly and helpful. All in all, wonderful, relaxing days on the Darß. Thanks!

We found the house very nice. Almost everything you need for a family vacation was there. We found the sauna, the fireplace and the massage chair very nice. Otherwise there were perhaps little things that could be criticized:- A few things were missing in the kitchen and HWR (wiper & cutting board e.g.)- Here and there you could paint the walls again- The shower drain often smelledThe location was also very nice as you could walk to the beach and harbor in about 10 minutes.

Hello to all holidaymakers, here is our insight into this holiday home Traumzeit 1 in Zingst. We had been looking forward to this beautiful holiday home in Zingst for a long time. According to the description, a very high quality and elegantly furnished holiday home. Then came the shock for us. It has to be said that we have animals and we are definitely not that fastidious and understand a lot. But what was going on here in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the house was not okay. Unfortunately I don't even know where to start. The fact that there was still some sticky mass on our predecessor's leather sofa is bad enough. Then there were the walls and the entire ceiling with stains from dead mosquitoes or other creatures. Holes in the bedsheet and thick layer of dust on the box spring bed. Dust mice and dust flakes in the hallway. The shower head upstairs in the bathroom was completely green. No soap or anything similar in the guest toilet. The lamps in the living room, consisting of lampshades, had a lot of dirt and insects on them when they were switched on. Then we called the administration. A young man came and was thinking about it himself. We then told him that we would first go for a walk with the dog and that he could then send someone to clean and change the bed sheets. What should we say? He took the sponge we had brought with us and quickly wiped it. The statement was Corona was to blame. They wouldn't have enough and the right staff???????? Honest ?????? Unfortunately that doesn't work at all. But I would also like to mention the positive. The massage chair was great and the distance to the city center was phenomenal. Conclusion... It used to be a very beautiful and really high quality house. Unfortunately, no care is taken at all to ensure that it stays that way. Not to mention cleanliness. The house could use a renovation as soon as possible and with the right staff it could become a dream oasis again.

Hello dear vacationers, my wife and I were really looking forward to this vacation... and were in this beautiful holiday home in May 2022... the apparent quality was worth the cost for us. Unfortunately the house is not as well maintained as the pictures show! That's why I'm only writing this review now because we were very disappointed (not to say SAD) with the cleanliness and, above all, the maintenance of the house... I can understand that a landlord who isn't nearby isn't there all the time can get an overview of his house, but these defects did not arise in a short time!I think it's much worse that the landlord (Mrs. Thiele) doesn't even get back to us after giving us information including pictures! We weren't interested in financial compensation, but rather in hearing from a disappointed couple of holidaymakers... The whole thing has the bad aftertaste of a rip-off for us!

The house Traumzeit 1 is located at the end of the street and is therefore hardly visible. We couldn't use the garden due to the time of year. The house itself extends over 2 floors and is looked after by the property management there. Dogs are also welcome in the house. It is in good condition. On the ground floor there is the laundry room, which has a washing machine and a dryer that allow you to do laundry on site. This means you can take fewer things with you and go shopping in town. The first bathroom has a toilet and a whirlpool tub. In the kitchen you will find all the kitchen utensils for everyday cooking. We also recommend eating in the Zingster Stuben. There is a shower room with sauna on the first floor, which we used every day. The two bedrooms offer enough space for 4 people. There is also a massage chair in one of the bedrooms. Highly recommended after a sauna session to relax perfectly. On the 2nd floor, for example: two children are still sleeping. Like the other bedrooms, this room is also equipped with a television. All televisions have access to the Internet, so you can watch films or series via Netflix at any time. The house is just a few minutes walk from the beach (approx. 8 minutes).Due to the equipment of the house, you can really have a perfect holiday in this holiday home at any time of the year.We found the owners to be very open-minded, friendly and accommodating. The contact-free key handover worked great. We can only highly recommend this house to everyone and will come again.Lg

Six of us stayed in Zingst for a week and can only recommend this holiday home. Modern and comfortably furnished and very quiet. Beach is about 7-10 minutes away. City with shops, restaurant and bakery just 3-5 minutes. The holiday home is new and in top condition. We were thrilled and will definitely be there again next year :-)
