Decent accommodation. Definitely not for allergy sufferers. Hay bales outside the windows, unpleasant access to the apartment.

Holiday apartment Riedwiesen 1st floorWe were there from March 26th. - April 1st, 2024 and found a very unkempt and neglected apartment, for over a hundred euros for 3 people per night, the floors were uneven, holes in the walls, open electrical installations, a radiator was on a wooden block, door frames were partly very unkempt/dirty, sockets and walls dirty, bench very dirty, overall cleanliness poor. Bulbs in most lamps are only 1/3 present or functional. The furniture was warped, partly dirty or damaged. The lock in the apartment door was difficult to unlock because the key didn't fit properly, and there was a strong smell in the hallway the entire time. Our conclusion: we have never felt so uncomfortable in a holiday apartment, you don't rent an apartment in such a condition.

Karin and Dirk are extremely helpful and always have an open ear for special needs. The apartment for six to seven people. The horse was well equipped with everything you need, also new and modern. The number of horses were really very accessible and the explanation was also competent From Dirk and competent riding lessons were really suitable for children, even for super beginners, the children had a lot of fun. There are enough parking spaces. The shopping centers are nearby. Things to do can also be easily reached in 20 minutes

We didn't like it. The “Riedwiesen” apartment had not been cleaned and, from the looks of it, had been poorly cleaned for a long time. Cleaning staff came to clean for another 15 minutes but it wasn't noticeably better afterwards. Cleaning costs for this apartment are recorded at 100 euros, but we expected a clean apartment. Few dishes and cutlery, no cereal bowls.Guided riding indoors only. We would have much preferred to walk through nature. We then went somewhere else to ride. The pillows appeared to be old, the filling was completely fragmented. Tea towels were also ancient. We won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, it was much, much lower than expectations.We couldn't sleep because of the car noise. Those who want to go should take into account the disappointment. Why can't I add a photo?

Absolutely child-unfriendly as everything is forbidden-Signs with pictures of fingers cut off by a knife when horses are petted-very noisy street-completely overpriced-absolutely not recommended

The days with Karina and Dirk were brilliant. The holiday apartments are bright and spacious with high ceilings, you feel comfortable from the first moment! My 11 year old daughter and I took a few hours of riding lessons, many of which I take home with me. Getting to know western riding was a great enrichment, the horses and ponies are well trained. And the lessons were great! We'd love to come back. Thank you very much and all the best! Amira and Nura

Were there during the summer holidays. The great pictures and descriptions on the website were not comparable to reality. Holidays on the farm and for children look different.
