The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are like those found in youth hostels. It is a newer hostel, which is why the furnishings are accordingly. The breakfast is classic. We didn't have any other meals here.

Well located...but noisy. Not just through the school classes present, but also through the architecture.The buffet is below average...and unfortunately - if you come late. No drinks other than water... And no nice seating for beer and snacks in the evening... and no one on site after 11 p.m.I felt a little lost. I know it is somehow more comfortable and international.

My recent experience at this hostel is overall average.The beds are quite small, which made for some uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the rooms and toilets are only cleaned once a week, which was not ideal.The cantine system was almost terrible. Breakfast is the same every day, offering no variety at all. While the dinner menu is more diverse, some of the options are simply awful. So if you're staying for more than a week, choose wisely.Other inconveniences include a very slow elevator and equally sluggish WiFi.If you're considering this hostel, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options first. It’s not the worst place to stay, but there are likely better alternatives available.

We were knocked awake at 6:30 by a man with half-glaze, and the neighbors (one floor above me) were very rude and threw water baloons onto the street, which we then had to laboriously dispose of and we found disgusting beans on the floor lay l

Great location, this Juhe.You can walk to the city in 5 minutes. Very modern.The only thing I would have to complain about is the bunk beds if you sleep downstairs. We had a room for 6. The beds downstairs are too low for adults, the mattresses are of great quality.In plain language, that means when I sit on the edge of the bed I have to duck my head - we all felt that way.Toilet and shower were great.Great view, especially on the roof terrace

Very modern and beautiful JH. The staff at the reception as well as the cleaning staff and kitchen helpers were very nice. Unfortunately there is only one elevator (6 floors). The air in the rooms is stagnant despite the windows being open. A ventilation system would not be bad as the humidity remains in the rooms after you have showered.Great location and good access to the park, as well as the Experimenta, which is in the immediate vicinity.A good choice

Best Jugendherberge we have been to. Stayed here with 35 students and everything was great. Clean, modern, friendly. Great combination with Experimenta where we spend two full days.

They have the worst kitchen service. The employees will stare at you if you pick more than one piece of food. Their behaviour is much annoying, bothering and some time racist. Their wifi is slower than turtle. I never recommend this hostel. Try other if you dont want gether any horrible experience.

We were at a two-day conference with a large group (70 people). Everything worked out well. The rooms were wonderful. The building is beautiful, clean and modern. The sound insulation is great, we couldn't be heard outside our area. Upon arrival, a cold buffet was available which was very tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was also very helpful and attentive

Great centrally located JH, chic and modern with a great view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Very nice staff, organic quality food. Large children's playroom and large lounge with books and games.The former BUGA site on the doorstep means there are lots of car-free green spaces.Unfortunately there is only free parking for half an hour, but there are free parking spaces if you take a short walk.

Noticed positively:the friendliness of the employeesNoticed negatively:Cleanliness of the rooms, no real family rooms, just bunk beds. Shower tends to drip (poor water pressure). Overall, all rooms are too brightly lit (like in a hospital), and the price is above hotel standards.Food was put away on time (sometimes beforehand), food quality was okay, lounges were occupied by debriefings from a football team, elevator was very slow.We had also booked a program, but it wasn't worth it at all.We can recommend the “Experimenta”, which was great.Overall very very disappointing and no comparison with other JH.I received an answer to my written feedback, but it wasn't very enlightening.-The football teams also have a right to the lounges.-When the juice was empty at breakfast, we should have asked to have it refilled.The water pressure would be known!Ah yes - so I have to take care of it and at the same time play memory with my little one, while beer-drinking teenagers loudly debrief their training including the coaching staff - which I only recognized later, thanks to bright LED spots - and also pay the full price, even though there are defects are known. It's clear and arrived.After I replied, no further response was received.FunnyWe will definitely not come again and would rather take a hotel in Heilbronn.

We did our seminar here, the youth hostel has very uncomfortable beds, you always have to pay 50 cents when registering at the youth hostel, which is outrageous. The food was okay, there was a buffet morning, lunch and evening. The area is very loud, you can hear the construction site even in the evening and you have to endure the train traffic. Otherwise it is very modern and beautifully designed, you can relax there for a week.

A really good youth hostel where the staff are very concerned about the well-being of the guests. The environment with the BUGA is great (if there is no construction site, be careful, Google maps doesn't always direct you to the best route) and everything is super centrally located. I'm particularly fond of the little souvenirs; I always go shopping for my friends' children - this time: bat keychains and postcards and beautiful braided friendship bracelets! Very nice!
