Modern rooms, comfortable beds, fast internet and a good location. However, the labeling of the buildings and entrances urgently needs to be improved (a clear map would be helpful). The pillows are also a bit too well-intentioned and too big/hard. In addition, it takes far too long for the room card to be activated and recognized everywhere - it doesn't seem very inviting to stand in front of locked doors for several minutes.

Beautiful residential area in Heilbronn in a great location with a well thought-out operating concept and a great outdoor area. Impressed by the homepage, this time I decided to stay in this apparently new living quarters for a two-day stay. The area is very inviting; you can quickly get your room card and your room through self-check-in in an old brick building. All in all, a smooth stay, which is why I'm keeping this address in mind for the future. The complex is really well maintained, and you can often find the caretaker here as a guest, checking on the well-being of the guests. You can also get help quickly with general questions; two friendly ladies were available all day in an on-site office.

Great for what it is. It's not a fancy hotel. But it's great for resting and getting ready for the next day. If you are going to spend a week or more in the Heilbronn area, I would recommend it.

I booked a room in the Rosenberg Quartier for 2 nights when my parents were visiting. The website made a pretty good impression, nice pictures, etc. The whole thing is also quite new. In the booking process, some "from" prices are mentioned, which - no matter what date you choose - cannot be found for booking in the booking process. You get the impression that these are lure prices that don't actually exist. But so be it... booked and the whole communication was great. Confirmation, all information, QR code for check-in etc. everything came. However, the drama then started on site. After checking in, we walked around the area a little disoriented (buildings and entrances are extremely poorly signposted). When we found the entrance, the access cards didn't work and we stood outside in the cold (with a baby and toddler). There is no reception, so first call a phone number and have it connected somehow. They said there were interface/system problems and it could take longer than the 3 minutes it usually takes after check-in. We should just keep waiting and keep trying every now and then. At some point it will definitely work. After a good half hour it actually did. The good impression from the booking process had already disappeared. This can happen, but it needs to be handled more professionally.Leaving paying customers standing outside in the cold for an indefinite period of time is simply not possible. This is bad service! The room itself is okay. New and spacious, but rather functional and rather carelessly furnished. Well... you just want to sleep there. So it's not so bad; it's fine. WiFi worked without any problems. However, the shampoo/shower gel was empty and wasn't refilled until the end of the stay. Definitely a minus point for poor service. The crowning negative came after the first night. When my parents got stuck in the elevator. When they pressed the emergency call in the elevator, a voice connection was somehow established, but at most it was one-sided, because in the elevator unfortunately they couldn't understand a single word from the other side; just a noise. At some point the connection was simply disconnected. Unfortunately, we don't know whether the other side understood anything. We don't know whether anyone did anything about it. But probably not... because 12 hours later the elevator was still broken in the same place. Alas, there is a real emergency, and an emergency call that doesn't work can quickly become life-threatening.My father was then able to somehow open/slide the door open. Unfortunately, 12 hours later in the evening, the (only!!!) elevator still didn't work, as mentioned. Nothing will happen from Sunday evening to Monday morning, so my parents (over 70, both severely disabled) can carry all their stuff out of the stairwell from the 2nd floor. Here too: extremely poor service. All in all an extremely bad experience. We strongly recommend that you give the Rosenberg Quarter a wide berth.

Impressed by the modern and luxurious appearance of the Rosenberg Quarter, I rented a student apartment. The email contact with the office was always friendly, checking in using the machines in the restaurant was easy, but when I entered the apartment I couldn't believe my eyes (and my nose). There was hair on the bed, the bathroom smelled like a drain, and both the toilet and sink had yellow stains. The smell of drains doesn't seem to be an isolated incident if you look at other reviews. I then drove home with my moving boxes and contacted them both by phone and in writing. After the problems were not taken care of after two days, I decided to cancel the rental agreement. Apparently the student apartments are not cleaned by Rosenberg, but the previous tenant is trusted to leave the apartment clean. In my opinion, the district is making the wrong savings here. I'm disappointed that I wasted so much time and previous friends and didn't expect something like this from the Schwarz group.

This is the second time I've been to the Rosenberg Quartier for work-related reasons and I hardly have anything to complain about - the whole area is super tidy and modern. The check-in process at the machine and entry into the underground car park using a QR code is very contemporary and a dream for introverts. The prices are extremely manageable in direct comparison to other hotels. The only thing you could do is look at the signs inside the individual buildings and in the elevators. On my first visit I got completely lost. Boards on which the respective buildings, wings and room numbers are signposted would help.
