We have long been convinced of the excellent cuisine and always enjoy coming here. This time we also moved into one of the 5 feel-good rooms, in which we felt very comfortable.We were also very happy to accept the breakfast offer and were thrilled.You can feel the family warmth of Thomas and Birte Schäfer and you can let yourself be pampered.We would be happy to come back and can give our fullest recommendation.

4 men, 4 motorcycles, 4 nightsWe were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Big compliments to the Schäfer family and their team. The rooms are superbly furnished. Breakfast and dinner at its finest. The hosts also took a lot of time for us, as I said, we felt very at home. We'll definitely be back. THANK YOU for the great days.

I went there for dinner with friends for the first time on Saturday and I was very excited about it. The owners put their heart and soul into it and you can tell that they love their business. The boss came to the table and asked if everything was okay. 👍👍👍I had a grill plate with 310g of meat, it tasted very tasty. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I can highly recommend the restaurant. It's worth eating there. I'll be back. 😊😊😊👍👍

We turned off the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Path and didn't regret it.Very nice, modern rooms with a spacious bathroom and walk-in shower.Service perfect and dinner excellent. Breakfast lovingly and adequately served to the table.Bikes could be stored easily.Unreservedly recommended.

We went to Lehmsiek Essen three times during our vacation in Eckernförde.The food was always very tasty.The staff was very accommodating and friendly.The boss deserves a special mention, we really felt at home, he showed us two of the five hotel rooms - which had been furnished with love.And also gave us tips for our bike tours.On the next vacation in Eckernförde, 90 percent of people book this hotel.

On the occasion of our annual trip to the "Kiel Week" we needed a room for one night. That's how we ended up here. The boss and the employees are very nice, friendly and attentive. The service was top.The room (2) was modern and tastefully decorated. There was a safe, coffee and a good hairdryer. There is also comfortable seating and even a refrigerator.A lot of effort went into setting it up. Top!However, the large mattress in the double bed was a disaster. This was super, super soft. If I moved, my wife noticed immediately. We haven't slept so badly in many years.We were completely exhausted in the morning and all our bones hurt.Now about the food.We had 1x grill plate, 1x plaice, 2 pilsners, 1x water and a coffee for €63. That's not exactly cheapThe plaice and the fried potatoes were good and tasty, which unfortunately couldn't be said about the grill plate. All pieces of meat were very dry and a bit tough. The fries were ok. The side salad consisted of a bit of leaf lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. The dressing was rather bland.Conclusion: No, stay overnight again, but give the food a second chance, yes (maybe I was just unlucky with the grill plate that evening)
