Good, simple inn. Good Sulz, but you have to order Brägele and salad separately. Schnitzel or two types of Cordon Bleu, normal or with sharp cheese. Lentil salad very good, wines tasty. Nice little garden for eating outside. We eat there often, prices are normal, it was cheap once after the general price increases.

Best evenings!!! It's like a visit within the family. The garden is breathtaking, the food tastes like it was prepared by a loving mother, Carsten, Ronja, you are great. What you have created!!!, hats off! And we always like to go there from Freiburg to eat, spend a great time in the wonderful garden, the dog feels comfortable, the guests are very happy. It's always like being on vacation. Uniquely fantastic

There is still good old home cooking here. It is a traditional old inn where the boss still cooks herself. Here you can get the best cordon bleu in the whole area, the best schnitzel, the best Leberle, the best homemade meat cakes, Sulz and, above all, the best Brägele (fried potatoes). You should definitely try the homemade ice cream meringues or Kaiserschmarrn. The garden restaurant is very idyllic, surrounded by greenery

On recommendation we went to eat and see the Adler. We both ordered roasted brisket. The waitress immediately “warned” us that Sulz contains a lot of water and therefore shrinks in the pan, making the portion small😏. That was also the case. Portion was manageable. Tip: simply add more sulz to the pan at the beginning, then the guest will get an appropriate portion!!! A free drink was even offered at the neighboring table. Price at 8 euros seems cheap at first. Then add salad (size OK) and fried potatoes (portion rather small) and the price is almost 18 euros. We find that to be completely exaggerated. It's a shame: a simple restaurant with 70s charm, which probably uses the portions and prices of upscale restaurants. This doesn't have to be the case in a village economy.

I was at the restaurant for dinner. The dining room is very cozy and rustic, just like you would expect from a country restaurant. The service was friendly and the food with Brägele and sour liver was very tasty and plentiful. The only thing that required a bit of patience was the time it took to prepare it. All in all, a successful stay
