Very friendly staff, whether at check-in or in the restaurant. Very clean room. We will visit this hotel again in the spring. For a longer stay I would like a kettle.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business from September 24th to 26th, 2024.My room number 302 was under the roof and certainly hasn't been particularly modernized in the last 20 to 30 years.So far, on my many business trips, I have never slept on such a hard mattress in a hotel.In general, I find firmer mattresses better than mattresses that are too soft, but this could only really be tolerated on my back.A flat, insufficiently filled pillow also did not improve the lying position.The carpet in the room had many stains and the entire double room was strangely furnished.Two different, mismatched sofas and an additional armchair served more to fill the space than to be a useful or tasteful addition.The door to the room had such a large gap at the bottom that when the window was opened there was a strong draft.This gap was also not helpful in reducing noise and reducing light from the hallway.A small, old bathroom without windows doesn't work if there is no ventilation installed or it doesn't work!Maybe that was also the reason for the large gap in the door?The breakfast is rather very average. The rolls were dry and hard and the Bircher muesli didn't live up to its name either.The second morning I didn't go at all after another bad night.There may be better rooms at this hotel, but my room was an absolute disaster!Every night in this room was more of a torture than a proper hotel stay.

Despite a confirmed reservation on the terrace, we were unfortunately only offered a seat in the restaurant or were arrogantly asked to wait. It's a shame, because we were satisfied on our last visit. We received a very courteous welcome from the competition, even without a reservation.

I was a guest at the Parkhotel in the last week of August. The check-in was friendly and quick, but my request for a room on the upper floors was answered as not possible and the reason was that the category I had booked, "Comfort Single Room", was ONLY on the ground floor. This answer from the gentleman who was called in later turned out to be untrue! Various amenities such as free entry to the thermal spa after a certain number of vacation days, bathrobe rental, etc. were not communicated at check-in and so I only found out about it purely by chance while talking to other vacationers. Despite all this, the room was truly incredible for the price! It was very large with more storage space than I have had in any hotel before. From 10 p.m. onwards there was absolute silence in the house, which was very pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was okay at first glance, but could be improved significantly upon closer inspection. I only received a seat cover for the balcony deck chair when I asked, but it was then quickly implemented. The breakfast can still be improved, but in relation to the price, it is above average! Everything is actually there and I would never have expected salmon at this price. The only thing that would be desirable is a variety of types of sausage and rolls, as monotony quickly sets in when you stay for several days. The quality offered is definitely okay! Another positive aspect is the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace and the quietness of the interior creates a very cozy atmosphere. My visit to the restaurant on the first evening did not convince me in terms of the service or the quality of the food and so I had to have this only dinner. The location of the hotel is very good, there are enough parking spaces. Unfortunately, the offer to store my motorcycle in the underground car park was not made, but I also had a safe feeling in the yard. At the reception, “JACK” made the most competent impression on me. He answered all of the questions in a very friendly manner; he is the right man in the right place. You can tell that he takes great pleasure in doing his job! Conclusion: Great value for money, some things can still be improved and I will definitely come back!

We had a very large room. The location is perfect. Staff extremely friendly and very attentive. The breakfast buffet is very tasty.There is simply nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at the Parkhotel for a week. Hotel and rooms very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and smaller portions are available upon request.The selection of bread rolls at breakfast (2 types) is a bit poor for a 3 star hotel. There were also always the same types of sausage for 7 days, so you could mix it up a little. After consultation with the staff, we were given filter coffee from a thermos flask instead of getting each cup from the machine. Thanks again to the “breakfast women”. Despite the small flaws, we'll be back.

Went already 3 times, very acomodating rooms, new owners, hosts, helpfull, ample parking , best breakfast rolls ever, very firendly, well located, quiet. This is a real find for a short vacation or a stopover, not far from the Autobahn, nice Restaurant with outside seating. Hug ( Kur) Park nearby.

We were there in July 2024 and we really liked it, so we extended it by 5 days. Incredibly friendly staff and employees there. Breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was also great. Our room was very large, a bit old, but that didn't matter to us (as long as it was clean and comfortable). The thermal baths are directly opposite the hotel. We'll definitely be back.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfriendly employee and incompetent receptionist. Lack of communication skills. The cleanliness of the room was okay at first glance, but after two days I had to keep begging for a garbage bag, towel and hand soap!Price-performance is therefore outrageous!I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! Thank you for the most miserable vacation!!!

The hotel is located opposite the thermal baths and close to the spa park.The house itself impresses with its great cleanliness. The de luxe room we lived in was very large, had a nice balcony and was easily accessible by elevator from the parking lot. Enough parking spaces and a TG, which is not ideally large for an SUV because of narrow markings.The staff was unaffected, friendly and helpful.The hotel prices are very cheap for Krozinger standards.The breakfast is ok for the price asked. - but expandable. We were less pleased with the restaurant's offerings, but according to reports, changes will be made here.Restaurant closing 10 p.m. Afterwards, it's time to sleep, as the advertised hotel bar is not in operation either.Overall, booking is not a bad decision.Good and quick way to get to the city center and the train station. A free city bus stops nearby. For a few nights or more, the Konus card is included, which, in addition to many discounts in the city area, also includes free use of trains and buses - within a wide area.

Was in the restaurant with my partner for a birthday party. The restaurant manager was unsympathetic. Overbearing, lecturing and overwhelmed towards guests. When ordering Latte M. with lactose-free milk, he brought it and emphasized that he would have gotten this milk from a competitor. My partner couldn't drink it, too much strong espresso and not much milk. The restaurant manager said they were making an effort and then that was it. He didn't even offer to put in more milk. He reacted aggressively and insultingly. We refrained from making any further statements out of consideration for the host. My cousin had the Latte M with normal milk and it looked completely different. The fact that with around 20 people there were no a la carte orders and there were four meals to choose from was not appropriate for a hotel like this. In many hotels, 100 meals are ordered a la carte. So a lot still needs to improve here. Only two cakes to choose from, very little and didn't taste good and was too soggy.

We booked a long Easter weekend at short notice and really enjoyed the peace and quiet.Beautiful rooms with balconies, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff.Thermal baths directly opposite.The menu is to be expanded, which we would very much welcome. Unfortunately, "only" a small holiday menu was offered during our stay, although we found the "normal" menu that we saw later very appealing.We felt very comfortable

We were here at the restaurant to eat. We can highly recommend it. The atmosphere is fantastic, very pleasant and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Price performance ratio is very good. The quality of the food is top (especially the meat), but the current menu unfortunately doesn't have enough of a selection of menu items. But that will change soon (if I understood correctly).Fitness plates, possibly vegetable side dishes with the “Viennese style” pork schnitzel, and various sauces for the dishes are also desirable. The restaurant is also ideal for enjoying a café and cake in the afternoon. The croissants are heavenly and the milk cafe is adorable. The taste is so good! Thank you very much!
