A truly affordable but rich canoeing experience. I loved a tour of the river, there is so much to see and picking up the canoe was really simple and easy.

I loved that this place is so considerate of the cyclists, there is plenty of parking and storage for the bikes. I thought it was great that they picked me up after I could no longer cycle. Top service!

Nice welcome and courteous innkeeper. He actively supported us in fixing our flat tire and prepared us dinner despite the day off. Room was clean and functionally furnished.

First day of our bike tour: we had tel. booked, but the booking was not found. We still got the room. The room is functional and ok, the bed was a bit sagging. A dinner was brought incorrectly due to a number transposer, was poor in taste, but otherwise ok. The other one had no rice and no salad... It's a shame because they advertise market-fresh, sessional, international food.Breakfast: rolls and selection ok, the espresso was thin - the coffee was just about all...Well: the tour continues and we don't have to go here anymore...

Disaster!We were there for a knight's feast with a covered wagon ride and an overnight stay. The innkeeper was a choleric who shouted at his employees and their little daughter. The rooms were so subterranean that a couple left straight away because there was an overflowing ashtray on the window sill and it was dirty and partly moldy.There was no show at all at the knight's banquet. When the plates were brought in, the cook coughed on the food as he brought it in. The second plate fell to the floor. Then he simply put the food back on the plate and placed it on the table. When we returned it, "new" records arrived two minutes later.At breakfast there were rolls from the day before, which weren't enough for everyone - even though there was a bakery 10 meters next door.It's a shame because the area there is really beautiful.

Cheap country inn. Food top. Unfortunately it's a bit old, but it's super cheap. The staff is super friendly, but you have to like their style.

I booked by phone. Apparently they forgot to enter that. However, I got a room after some waiting. There was nothing wrong with the room and the bathroom.The food was very good, lumberjack steak with fried potatoes and a mixed salad plate. My assessment: Price/performance ratio is right. Of course, you shouldn't expect luxury accommodation for the price. However, absolutely recommended for cyclists or bikers.

Unfortunately you can't give one star. We had only heard such good things about them so we wanted to try it out!!The cook wasn't there and was replaced by an assistant who unfortunately didn't know too much. We couldn't order what we wanted because he couldn't cook everything on the menu. The assistant had no knowledge of meat 😫. All in all, it was so bad that we didn't even come close to eating our food and the birthday meal was a huge waste. Such a failure. Of course not again!!!

We held our wedding reception here.It started at lunchtime with a great champagne reception. Afterwards there was coffee and cake and then an excellent knight's dinner in the evening.The waitresses were excellent.Always available, quick and really hard working.The knight's meal was everything on point.We couldn't have imagined our wedding better.A huge compliment to the team and the kitchen.Thank you for this fantastic day!Kind regards from the Weniger family 🙂

Wedding celebration with knight's dinner was simply top, the staff was very friendly and helpful and dealt with the service very well, just great. We will definitely visit this restaurant several times again. Keep it up.
