**Terrible Experience with Bed Bugs - Avoid This Hotel**I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. We stayed for just one night, which was more than enough to make us want to leave immediately. Despite seeing prior reviews mentioning a bedbug issue, I contacted the hotel in advance, and they assured me the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, that was not the case; six months after the initial reports, we found bedbugs all over the bed and floor.I even took precautions and brought some insect repellent, but in the morning, there were still bedbugs crawling on the bed. I collected a few dead bugs and took them to the reception, hoping for a genuine resolution. Although they initially agreed to a full refund, they ultimately only refunded the remainder of our planned stay and charged us for the one night with the bugs. The way they handled this situation was extremely disappointing.If you’re considering booking a stay here, think twice. If cleanliness and a bedbug-free experience are a priority, I would recommend staying elsewhere. This experience left me frustrated and honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and proper treatment for their guests.

Came for the Amsterdam marathon with family. The location is in an area that is uninviting and very noisy. Not at all central, you have to take transport. Unfriendly staff (they change all the time and some made fun of us). Promised facilities not provided (TV) and dirt in the rooms (the entire stay it was not possible to walk barefoot!), etc.Atrocious breakfast (I recommend the orange juice which must glow in the night)

I’d rate 0 if I can. There’re bedbugs in the bed! When I found them, I showed photos and videos to the staff. The guy empathized me but there was no available room. He confirmed that I could refund the costs of the other nights if I choose to check out in advance. But in the next morning, a woman staff just rejected to refund the money. We argued several times but she just said no, her colleagues misunderstood the situation. The most horrible thing is, the bedbugs followed me to my remaining business trip and even to my apartment! I paid a lot for this shit including pest control, throwing away and buying furnitures, etc. The worst and horrible experience I ever had!

Tiny room. Dirty curtains, lots of dirt under the bed. Shower wets the entire tiny bathroom when we take a shower. Impossible to use the sink without getting wet. The smell of cigarettes comes into the room all the time. There is no minibar. I didn't even want to risk having breakfast at the hotel. It was a total disappointment.

Do not stay here. Had a terrible experience with a bedbug infestation, suffering bites all over my body. The management lied about carrying out a proper pest investigation and failed to provide proof the room was cleaned and cleared. They have been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to provide a satisfactory resolution or compensation, even after escalating the matter to the consumer protection agency and taking it further with my bank.
