We spent a wonderful evening in the rooftop bar. Perfect for chilling out.Huge seat cushions everywhere to snuggle up on.The mocktails and cocktails were unusual and each one was very harmonious in terms of ingredients. The service was attentive, very friendly and quick.I was so impressed by the entire atmosphere that I booked a reservation for a hotel stay the very next day.

Great hotel for a break. Everything modern and tastefully furnished. I immediately felt comfortable. The staff is very nice and the roof top bar is a highlight. There is even free water at all times and there are no coffee capsules but a French press in the room. The environment was also taken into consideration. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that the promised wellness area was missing. For a wellness hotel this is a crucial point and it would have been helpful to have this information in advance, as the thermal bath area was public. Overall the stay was pleasant, but without the spa facilities it didn't feel like the full experience I was expecting

Very good value for money. The spa is small but beautiful. The rooms are modern, adequately equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and we really enjoyed it. If someone doesn't want to have dinner in the hotel, the location is also great: there are plenty of other dining options next to the hotel. We really enjoyed the night and will definitely come back for a little weekend of relaxation.

Very disappointing and alienating stay at this hotel. Although the outside looks promising, the inside is more reminiscent of a simple bed and breakfast.The hotel staff, from the disinterested receptionist to the unmotivated and inattentive service staff, does not live up to what is promised on the website.We had to explore the route from the hotel entrance to the restaurant ourselves as the receptionist couldn't give us any clues - she was obviously more concerned with herself and her outfit. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated at one of the most unattractive tables, probably due to the distance from the kitchen.The service left a lot to be desired - the drinks arrived extremely slowly and we weren't even asked if we wanted to place additional orders. We didn't particularly like the food either. Apparently only the third representative of the chef was on duty that day - at his star prices.Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones who had to struggle with the staff's inadequacies. Incorrect billing was also an issue. Despite complaints and reminders, we have not yet received any feedback from the managing director!Overall, a very disappointing stay that in no way corresponds to the promises on the website. I will avoid this hotel in the future and cannot recommend booking.Update October 6th, 2024: The hotel does not respond despite repeated email reminders at appropriate intervals. I have never experienced such rude treatment before. I can't say which culture the operators come from, but certainly not from a respectful one.

Everything was really top notch and I really enjoyed the room, the dinner and the breakfast. You just feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. The team created a pleasant atmosphere and was super attentive.

Really nice new spa hotel. Rooms were great. Within 25 min of Freiburg and 45 min from Colmar. Would stay here again to see more of this area.

This is our fourth time at the roof bar and every time we are very satisfied.Yesterday we saw the piano player again with his wonderful music,,Our group wanted to give him a tip as a thank you, but unfortunately it's not easy or you don't want to bother him because he's very focused on playing..I suggest that he leave a permission slip from the hotel, a donation box on the side or at the table next to them thanking him, because I had the feeling that most guests wanted to say thank you to him.I ask the boss to please give him permission for this,

After 10 days on the Westweg, we wanted to have a good time and recover from the exertions - we managed to do that after a night in the Nouri, it was a very good choice! From the reception to the service, the room, the rich breakfast buffet to the chic spa area, everything was perfect. For us it was pure luxury and worth every cent. Thank you for the exceptional stay!

The Nouri Hotel is an absolute dream! I was thrilled from the first moment. The food is the best I've ever had in a hotel - incredibly tasty and varied. The staff is great too: always friendly, attentive and professional. Every wish was literally met with our eyes. A perfect mix of relaxation and pampering. I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend it!

We spontaneously stayed there for a week around June with our puppy.The hotel had just opened and therefore everything was still new.You could tell that the team still needed to get used to it a bit, but the service itself was very loving.It was our first time staying at a hotel with a dog and the Nouri impressed us in every respect.We ordered the premium dog bed and the bowls with wooden base immediately afterwards for home 😀Otherwise, the hotel has very nice rooms and very modern furnishings.The breakfast was very rich and high quality.The in-house sauna is very lovingly designed, but unfortunately without a view, which the location of the hotel would definitely offer.Unfortunately, the thermal spa world, which is included, was not our taste at all. It felt more like a trip back in time. 😀We would book the hotel again at any time and highly recommend it to anyone with a dog.
