Because of the nice people and the little personal attention, I decided on 4 stars.Unfortunately, everything is getting very old. You sink into the mattress, you can't open the windows too quickly, towels and bathrobes are frayed and only the public TV works - the rest has no reception. One morning there was no hot water.I had made a reservation in the Eden near the thermal baths, but was accommodated in the "sister house" Eden am Park, about a 5-minute walk across the street. Breakfast was only available in the main building, but that was good, but everything was very cramped. You had to make sure you didn't knock someone's plate or cup out of their hands.In the room there was a handwritten welcome note and a fruit plate and a bottle of water.Because of the hot water failure I was given a €20 discount on the bill.

Very dissatisfied. The roast beef was tough and I had to ask about the roast veal that was supposed to be on the plate. The decoration is unnecessary. And the service is just annoying. All in all, a lot of catching up to do

For professional reasons I am always staying at the Eden Hotel. Every time I am amazed by the friendliness of the staff! They help immediately with problems and questions. The rooms are very clean, friendly and very comfortable. You immediately feel at home here! The surroundings are very beautiful and quiet thanks to the spa park. The breakfast buffet is incredibly tasty and plentiful! Here again, thanks to the staff, who are open to every wish and even offer fresh omelets! Even if I leave very early in the morning, a packed lunch is prepared for me upon request! In just a few minutes you can be in Bad Krozingen and find everything you need there. From the kebab snack bar to the Rewe.The thermal baths are directly opposite the hotel!You feel comfortable here...I'm looking forward to the next business trip.

The hotel is just amazing! It is in the park and in the morning you wake up with birds singing. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. There is a big balcony. We also had slippers and bathrobes in our room. The bed was comfy, and the WiFi connection was good.But the main advantage of this hotel is it's staff - they are extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive. You just feel yourself like a very precious guest.

We were guests at the hotel for one night on February 18/19. We were very satisfied, but unfortunately the water in the shower didn't drain properly and the bathroom was full of water.The breakfast was great, there was everything your heart could desire. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back (I think the shower drain will work again by then)

A beautiful hotel just a few steps from the thermal baths and the park. Unfortunately, a new hotel that is too large is being built in the immediate vicinity and does not fit in this location. But the Eden Hotel stands out with its service, room size, cleanliness, culinary offerings, wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Any time.
