I've only been to the restaurant so I can't rate the rooms. But if you're like the rest, I think there's nothing wrong with it.The food is definitely top notch. Viennese veal schnitzel, for example, is my favorite. But the other food is also top. And everything is always super fresh, I am a trained chef myself and can therefore confirm this. The staff was also super nice and attentive when it came to clearing the table or asking if there were any further requests and not in an intrusive manner. So only recommended, definitely grade 1

Stylish, super nice boss, finally comfortable chairs!Restaurant prices: for the environment, facilities are correct, but because of the food it should be cheaper...Meat great, side dish rather mediocre.

We had a wonderfully relaxed, enjoyable evening at Adler. The food is really fabulous. In our opinion, the summer menu is a very successful and rarely found selection of dishes for which we have a particular preference, for example ox cheeks, vitello tonnato, king prawns on lemon pasta, fresh chanterelles and other veal and beef dishes. The choice was very difficult, in the end it was the goat cheese on wild herb salad and the beef steak with the "Cafe de Paris" sauce. I've eaten a lot of goat cheese, but this mixture with the wild herb salad and the curry walnuts was the most successful one ever. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy, overall the meal was a real dream. We found the portions to be more than plentiful, the ingredients were very high quality and we really enjoyed it (picky in Bavarian). We are of the opinion that the prices should have been higher for this good quality of food; we have already paid significantly more for much worse food and much smaller portions.I would also like to particularly praise the service staff. Attentive, unobtrusive, skillful. Since I am in the industry myself and know how stressful a full garden with guests is, I personally admire the ability of the service staff not to take any notes on the orders, regardless of the table. This is very difficult, especially with larger groups with different wine orders and requests for changes to the menu, and I can only say: Hats off and we'll be back!!!
