Helga took wonderful care of my family while I was a patient at the Klinik. She is incredibly kind and caring, it's like staying with a grandparent-always making sure you're doing ok. If you don't know German, keep your phone translation app handy, but Helga is a pro at Charades and was easy to understand without it. Go for her breakfast at least once, she'll also usually have an apple or snack ready for you on your way out. Older, but clean, comfortable accomodations. Conveniently central Bad Aibling walk to the Klinik, the therm and spa, shops, restaurants, park and the scenic train station to take you quickly throughout the Alps!

Impolite!I can't provide any information about rooms etc., but I can provide information about dealing with potential new guests.I wanted to inquire about 2 double rooms for 05/2024 by phone today and ideally book it straight away.The lady says she doesn't plan that much in advance, so she turns to someone else (original sound) and just hangs up.I have never experienced anything like it.

It is a basic pension, very well located within the city.The owner is very friendly and nice, but she only speaks German, so we needed someone to translate everything for us.The rooms are varied in size, so there is something for all needs.There are some with a bathroom inside and others with a shared bathroom in the hallway.On the upper floor there is a kitchen. It's old, like the whole house, but it's fine.The house itself is old, rustic, typical German of the area. Large wooden beams, sloping ceilings on the upper floor (it has 3 floors). I love that style, although it's not for everyone.Regarding the location, it is a 5-minute walk from the center, it has the Kurpark in front, there are bars nearby that open at 9 and a bakerei (bakery) 200 meters away, which opens at 7, so it is ideal for breakfast.

It was nice experience.Mrs Helga is owner this apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy and helga usually arranged the bed every morning and she provide breakfast if you want.I hope to visit and stay in the same Helga apartment that I lived in 2008 for 2 weeks

Very neat and properly maintained accommodation. But take your time to be sure that you are ushered into the category of room that you booked for. Otherwise you would have paid for service not enjoyed. Non English speakers will have problem of communicating with the workers.

Very cosy, has all the necessary facilities and the building is a beautiful old building. Helga herself runs the place and she is like a mom away from home. Beautiful personality and extremely helpful and welcoming.

We spent a great short vacation in Bad Aibling in May and booked a nice room with bathroom and kitchen from Helga. The breakfast was rich and varied and was lovingly prepared; sometimes there was scrambled eggs or a piece of home-baked cake.Until next time, keep it up Helga!
