Reception and condition subpar. 4th floor without light. Elevator brokenParking lot closed and breakfast room closed... service desert

Construction site in the house. Noise all day long. No electricity in the evening, so no light in the room. Change to another room necessary. There was an annoying buzzing noise coming from outside all night long. Shower mat soaking wet before we used the bathroom.

Rooms clean, very central location.Peace and quiet at night disturbed by homeless people.

CAUTION, the hotel works with overbookings! This means you will be sent to another B&B hotel late in the evening. A taxi is not offered, but you have to get there yourself with luggage in a foreign city at night and in the rain. I was there at 11:45 in the morning and had checked in my luggage with my name. I never received a call about the problem throughout the day. I had deliberately booked the hotel at the train station so that I could get to work quickly, which was no longer necessary. If I had known that, I would have booked another hotel. This was no longer possible on the day of arrival (I had booked 3 weeks before), as the costs would have gone through the roof.And again ATTENTION: The hotel seems to "forget" coupons (e.g. for breakfast) when billing. I had to complain about this too so that the costs could be refunded. So be sure to pay attention to your bill and take plenty of time for complaints, correspondence, etc.

Good and relatively cheap hotel right in the city.

Never go in there! The purest wrecking ball and totally disgusting. The showers are completely rusted. The elevator is so old. The elevator looks very bad. The entrance alone is anything but inviting. The towels (2 pieces) were no longer available and had brown and black stains…The sink also looked really bad.The hallway to the room alone looked like a wrecking ball. I also went for breakfast, but the rolls were very, very soggy and not fully baked, they were still half raw!Then to the staff: the reception staff felt “not interested” in dealing with customers and working. When I got there the employee preferred to smoke and talk on the phone (even while I was there talking to him to check in he was on the phone with a friend or something else!)It should also be mentioned that there are always street bums standing in front of the door and giving themselves injections.If you don't believe me, then look at the attached pictures below!I would love to leave 0 stars if I could!!

We didn't close our eyes, there was no sign of the air conditioning, and we had the homeless people under the window screaming and arguing loudly all night long.The first room was a disaster, the water in the shower didn't drain, the hairdryer switched off after a minute because it overheated and the spiders were in the corners.My daughter even had strange hair in her bed.The second room was clean but super loud despite the window being closed.I would rather choose a different hotel next time.

Ladies and GentlemenI was recently a guest at your B&B Hotel Bochum Hauptbahnhof and would like to send you a complaint regarding my stay.On the day I left I was very upset with the way the staff treated me. According to your policy I should have checked out by 12:00. However, the first knock on my door came at 9:30 a.m. A staff member informed me that my check-out would be at 12:00 p.m. This was obvious to me and I politely confirmed this. Shortly after, after a few minutes, the next employee knocked on my door and asked me again when I would check out. Again I confirmed that I would leave the room at 12:00 as agreed.Unfortunately, the disruption didn't end there. Several times I was disturbed again by knocking and asked when I was going to vacate the room. This ended up causing me to react angrily as I found myself unable to relax in my room. To my surprise and further annoyance, I was unable to adequately convey my concerns and displeasure because almost none of the staff spoke German. Only two of the employees who knocked on my door had difficulty making themselves understood, but even this communication was extremely laborious.I regret to inform you that this was by far the unfriendly and most poorly organized hotel I have ever visited in my 40 years. These constant disruptions and the staff's lack of communication skills are unacceptable to me. I don't understand why it should be so difficult to respect a guest's departure time and why I was bothered multiple times with the same question.I ask that you review this matter internally and ensure that other guests are not similarly disturbed in the future. A hotel stay should be a relaxing experience, but unfortunately my stay at your property was the opposite.I expect you to comment on this incident and hope that you will take appropriate measures to avoid such incidents in the future.Best regards

As a B&B member, I didn't pay much for the room and I'm super satisfied. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is sufficient, not a luxury breakfast but everything you need. I was happy for one night and well rested and the room was clean. I'd be happy to come back when I go to a concert in Bochum again

Dirty, dirty hotel . Pieces of the ceiling in the hallway were loose and water was dripping from them. Carpets in the hallway full of stains.
