I was just a guest in the guesthouse for 2 nights over the weekend and can't necessarily agree with the negative reports from others.I was assigned a double room that was actually nice, even though I was alone, with a double bed in which you could choose the hardness of the mattress.In front of the south-facing balcony everything was green and quiet. The bathroom wasn't the biggest, but it was cleanand sufficient.Only the shower head wasn't optimal, but we'll look into it.The breakfast buffet was also fine and very varied. There were also various fresh rolls and pretzels.I was at the table on time and had a lot of choice.The parking spaces in front of the house are limited, but the landlady made room for me and always had my car parked in front of the house. Even leaving a day early wasn't a problem at all.So I can't say anything bad.Not perfect, but good.

Just returned from my 4th stay at this lovely guest house in a leafy suburb of Bad Aibling. Could not recommend it more highly. The rooms are clean, warm and spacious and no sound of traffic noise at all - only birdsong. Close to some wonderful walks and views of the Alps.

Okay, it wasn't bad. But somehow the house lacks a good soul. The room was okay, the bathroom was very narrow. The dining room in the basement was the worst. Nothing was cleared away there, the innkeepers didn't show up for breakfast and anyone who came later had to collect their dishes. Rather a very tidy fitter's accommodation. Cheap and clean.

Very unfriendly company. The operator is never seen. I'm very disappointed. I would prefer not to write a star at all, but you have to give this incredibly terrible family business a rating.

The room is clean and tidy. However, the behavior of the pension owner is so outrageous. The balcony door hardly opened, and when we asked, we were told that it would be done in the winter and that there was no time now. There was bad talk about other guests (who had arrived with me and belonged to me) just because the television was a bit loud. People are over 70 and can't hear that well anymore. Breakfast wasn't really replenished whenever we were there. When you arrived you had to stand and wait for 15 minutes. The arrival time was not corrected, which is why only one of two rooms was ready. Otherwise you never saw the lady, but she knew exactly whether you had breakfast or not, I still don't understand how that could be. Because there are no chip cards, fixed places or anything like that. I will definitely not book this guesthouse again.
